We opened our doors back in 1994. After many years of working in corporate and independent estate agency, our vision was something simple, but effective. The goal, right from day one, was for Chase Buchanan to be known as “Not just another Estate Agent!”
This remains true today, as we have evolved into the area’s favourite estate agency. Never striving for ”world domination”, we just want to make sure that we give our Clients and Customers the very best level of service and professionalism.

I had an excellent experience with another Chase Buchanan branch years ago when I rented my house out with them. I approached the Isleworth branch to rent out my brother's flat as he recently moved abroad and they proved to be the very best. Dominick was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all my queries from the first meeting. He found a lovely family to rent my brother's flat in only two days which was way beyond my expectations. The process was very smooth and both my brother and the tenants are very happy overall. Chase never bothered to once provide me with any update or anything they had tried to push our property. I had to follow up with them myself and ask what is happening. Very unprofessional and lack of any communication, don’t ever use them

While the people at Chase Buchanan were nice and easy to work with, I found the process very slow and I had to seek out updates instead of receiving them. Also, my property only got 4 viewings in the whole 14 weeks of my contract. I would believe that it was the state of the market but I’ve now switched agents and had 4 viewings in the first week.

We wanted to sell our property and the agent that came over was arrogant, egoistic and rude. We couldn't gel with him and therefore we couldnt sell our home.. which actually was a blessing. I wouldn't work with Chase Buchanan again or recommend them.

Another agent failed to sell my property as they stuck with one potential buyer whose chain broke down twice. Months went by while I waited for this buyer to progress his purchase. At a late stage, his second buyer pulled out and prime summer months passed. I then went to discuss my sale with CB. Their approach was to keep viewings going with an open approach rather than put all their eggs in one basket as my previous agent did which cost me months and so much effort. They sold the property at a price I was happy with.
