Chase Buchanan took-over as Estate Agents for a rental agreement I had as a tenant. I never really had any issues with them bar one occasion. Even that was resolved within a week or two so I can’t really fault Chase Buchanan for that. But I would like to highlight the work of Joel from their Teddington branch for his efforts in a different matter. After that tenancy had ended I accidentally had a valuable package delivered to my old rental address. I contacted Chase Buchanan to see if they could help. Joel went out of his way, confirming with the new tenants that the package had been delivered there before attending the address himself, collecting the package and sending it to my new address. It arrived the next day and I can’t thank Joel enough for his efforts - definitely a credit to Chase Buchanan!

This was myself and my partners first move, and I can certainly say that our time with Chase was amazing. Claudia whom took us under her wing to help search for a appropriate property for rental, was so kind and caring to us. We were both very nervous, but at every corner we were looked after in such a way that transcended good customer service into outstanding. The whole team also have much praise from us, whenever we popped in the branch we were welcomed and cared for! Definitely consider using Chase when looking for a estate agent, you won't be disappointed!

We encountered so many hurdles and delays along the way, out of everyones control, and both Kacey and John were always so helpful and communicative in helping solve these issues and communicate between us and our buyers to help keep the process moving forward and the transaction go through. I'm honestly not sure it would have done without them! We felt they were very honest and open throughout which made a huge difference. I would like to highly recommend Chase Buchanan, Teddington to support you in selling your property. I actually looked at CB’s stats before I chose them to support me in selling my property.
What was important to me was the Estate Agent’s values, reliability of the property Valuation & the speed of sale in today’s more challenging market.
When I first met John Sawyer, manager of CB Teddington, I instantly felt that he was ethical in his approach and would be rooting for me in being able to swiftly sell my property at a good price, which was all borne out in my experience of being able to successfully sell my property. Kim Green worked incredibly hard in securing an appropriate buyer in a relatively short period of time. When you sell and buy a property at the same time, it is rarely plain sailing with so many parties involved and decisions to make. You need someone you can trust, who is going to put your interests first and this is harder of course with buying than selling. Chase Buchanon in Teddington were superlative in the sale of our house. Nothing, and I mean nothing, was too much trouble; they understood the need for a hand to hold every step of the way and they did just that patiently and with explaining and guiding and respecting my opinions too from start to finish. Since 1996 I have called upon their knowledge and expertise and at no time been disappointed.
I have dealt with the Twickenham, Hampton Hill and Teddington offices and have always found them helpful, professional, courteous , but also retaining a sense of both calmness and humour throughout what is often a stressful time .
Only once did I use local "competitor" and soon regretted it.

Absolutely lovely agents - from the get go they were so helpful, Lianne heard our requirements and managed to immediately find us a prospective rental property! We went to see it and Jenna was there to show us around (she was fantastic from start to finish, helped us visualise what we would do with the place if it was ours) and then both ladies sped us through the referencing process with no hurdles at all.
