Apologies Christian should have written before , illness but ok now. Christian came into the house and said i will sell this in a week, he didn't he sold it in a few days for more than the valuation. He is confident and a hundred times better than last agent on Merstow Green now moved. Taking 1 person around expecting bathroom to be upstairs it was down? Expect state of the art photographs, excellent communication. James too on the ball If you see a board with For Sale on, then its only just been put up!! My family and myself will be using him hopefully this year and will get just as good service as the first time. This is the New Boy in town.!!!... Read more

After completing a comprehensive analysis of every estate agent in the Evesham area, I made an appointment with Christian He was refreshingly different from everyone else, down to earth, open, honest and professional with a pricing quote to sell my property that put some of the other agents to shame Needless to say I signed up for Christian to sell my property and after a few viewings got an offer which was accepted However it didn't end there, the sale was in a chain which had a number of issues as we progressed with the sale of the property During this time most agents would have left it to the solicitors to deal with however we hired an exceptional agent who went far beyond the norms of estate agency to keep all parties happy and keep the process alive I have to say I am mega impressed with Christians professionalism, integrity, perseverance and support through the whole of the sale process and we finally completed on 13th December Buying and selling a house is all about having an agent that you can truly trust and relate to knowing they are acting in your best interests and will often go the extra mile to support you I found this in Christian and would recommend him to anyone in the Evesham area...
