I've known Belvoir as an estate agent and landlord for over a year now and have always had exemplary, fast and personalised service. From the purchase to refurbishment, finding tenants, sorting out issues and letting me know when something needed replacing, nothing is ever too much trouble. As a letting agent they strike a happy medium between ensuring the tenant is happy (and therefore pays the rent on time and stays) and not going over the top from a landlord point of view. They always go the extra mile, nothing is too much trouble.

We have been tenants with Belvoir Evesham for over 10 years and can't recommend them highly enough. They have always been timely in responding and addressing any maintenance issues and ensured that the propery was kept to the highest level of safety and habitation (electrical, gas and carbon monoxide/smoke alarm checks with immediate action where required) with the least inconvenience to ourselves. On regular inspection visits we have always found them friendly and accommodating with timing. We have now purchased the property from the landlord with the help from the team at Belvoir, who were tireless in there efforts to make it happen for us. Thank you so much Rob and Dan.

I contacted Belvoir Evesham as our family urgently needed a rental property while our home was being rebuilt due to a house fire.
Having never rented before it felt a bit daunting, but Rob and the team helped me through every step and our tenancy was quickly arranged. From 1st to last communication was great and all my many questions were answered with kindness and patience, which was so important at a really emotional time.
We were lucky to have such a lovely property, and although a few repairs were required, each one was actioned swiftly and carried out by skilled and friendly contractors. Home inspections were carried out respectfully and at convenient times.
We handed back the property last week, and this was a smooth and easy process, and I thoroughly recommend Belvoir Evesham and their services.

We have used Belvoir Evesham both as letting agents and estate agents. As lettings agents they provided a responsive service, good communication, rapid response to any issues arising. As estate agents they worked hard to secure a sale and kept in contact with the purchasers estate agents and solicitors , thus providing us with a sound knowledge of the progression of the sale. Communication was always good. We highly recommend them and would use them again in the future if the need arose.

The ladies at Belvoir are a real breath of fresh air!
Anyone who has rented a property will understand the feeling of being "used and abused" and living in the knowledge that you're sole purpose in the circle of life is to contribute to the investment portfolio of an individual who cares absolutely nothing for you or the quality of your life.
If you are a tenant or landlord and you want to be treated like a human being not just a cash cow, then go to Belvoir! They found the right property for me and found the right tenant for their landlord, and that wasn't a matter of luck, they actually worked hard to find the right fit for everyone.

So far, they have all been reliable. The house was in good condition when we moved in and regular visits by Belvoir staff ensure that any problems are quickly addressed.

Melanie and Sophia are exceptional professionals and do an excellent job at managing my rental property. They are always personable and polite and can be trusted, something which is very rare these days.

We moved Evesham from Scotland which required a good deal of planning and communication. At every stage of our move Belvoir kept us informed of what we needed to do and when we needed to do it. Communication is key in any move or logistical operation and the staff at Belvoir recognise this and make sure it is one of their priorities. They are also friendly and are good at answering idiot questions which I am good at asking!

Belvoir Lettings, Evesham - I have been using them for a few years now and have been able to relax knowing that Melanie is on top of every situation. She shows potential tenants around, does inventories, takes photos of everything, making life easy when they depart. See's them in on their first day and makes sure everything is left as they found it upon departure, and always with a smile.
