I have lived in my lovely appartment at the IceWorks Development Phase 1 for four years now . It is on the edge of the Laugherne Brook Nature Reserve , with a view to the Malvern Hills and overlooking the Brook itself.Peaceful , perfection.

Buying a house can be long winded and very frustrating. Far too may parties involved and few of them making much sense. Johnson's was one of the stars of my house buying journey. They were the agent for my vendor but they were the go to people to find out what was going on in a very long and complex chain. I grew to be very confident in their ability and tenacity in getting things done. When the going got tough they were quick to reassure. There communications were excellent and I found them to be very reliable. I would use them myself for a sale in the future, but in the meantime they made my buying process significantly easier than other did.

Mandy was great from start to finish of the arduous process that is moving house. A very positive experience. The viewing was arranged easily, and when I asked for a second viewing the next day, this was not a problem. Mandy kept in touch and updated me regularly as to where the process was at, and then at the end she became my main point of contact to ensure the exchange happened on time. The communication was always very prompt and helpful, from the point of first contact about arranging a valuation through to sorting out key collection at completion. Mandy in particular was brilliant, very friendly and really helpful. Everyone I dealt with at Johnsons was always happy to help, and there were no hidden fees or any surprises. The only reason i've knocked a star off is because the one improvement I feel there could have been is more in the way of feedback and advice regarding what could help to sell the property, especially as it was listed for a few months without offers. I felt when I pushed a bit I did then get more helpful advice. Otherwise the service was great from start to finish

Cannot recommend Johnsons enough. Mandy was our estate agent and she was just wonderful. From the first viewing all the way through to completion, she supported us in every way possible, went out of her way for us on multiple occasions, and was so so excited for us when we completed. It was our first house so neither of us (as in myself and my partner!) knew what we were doing and Mandy made it so easy for us and spent so much time helping, supporting and guiding us. Everyone else that we spoke to at the estate agents was so friendly and so helpful as well. What made it even more special was that whilst we were buying our first house, it was also Mandy’s first ever sale too! We cannot recommend Johnsons (and Mandy!) enough, from the first viewing all the way through to collecting the keys they were outstanding and should we ever decide to sell the property, we will definitely be selling through Johnson’s!

I am a landlord in Evesham and my properties are managed by Johnsons. have recently had extensive improvement work done to some of my properties.
The work was managed by Lewis Cochrane from Johnsons. The improvements involved managing the work of various contractors and liaising with several departments of the local authority. Throughout the process Lewis acted with efficiency competence ,patience and good humour. I can unreservedly recommend Lewis and Johnsons to other landlords who may have work that needs doing in addition to just rent collection.

We found a flat for our cousin with special needs at Johnsons and were shown around by Steve. An enigmatic gentleman, professional and courteous with knowledge of the flat and area. Concerns we raised about parking were backed up by Steve finding out about public parking permits, which was a great help and reassurance to our cousin. Nothing was too.much trouble for Steves 'can do' approach and his support in the late stages of the purchase chasing solicitors was greatly appreciated.
Mandy in the office whenever we rang was always helpful and friendly taking on board our concerns about the lengthy wait for information from the sellers management committee and solicitor. Even as the final exchange drew closer her response was ' no worries. I will ring every hour we will get this done by your deadline' and true to her word we did.

So I tried to book a viewing today for a rental property and after gentleman took all my personal details, he told me that I would need to fill in pre qualification form before I can book viewing, when I asked what the form involved, I was told that I will need to disclose my bank account statements and savings. This is only to view a property, that we might not even like it yet. They have made it too complicated, so i decided not to bother with this property and company. One star for too complicated viewing process

I used Johnson’s Property Consultants when moving into my new flat last year. Lewis was my main point of contact and was so helpful and understanding of any issues or concerns I had as a first time tenant. He made the process easy and enjoyable with no added stress. He is fantastic at his job and puts in extra work to make sure everyone involved is happy. Although every individual I encountered from here were extremely friendly and welcoming that it was easy to talk to anybody.
If you are looking to rent, buy or sell, I definitely recommend you go through Johnson’s.

Travelled 1.5 hours to view a property through Johnsons - encountered 2 traffic jams and a satnav misfunction - nevertheless we were only running 15 minutes late. We called Johnsons to let them know only to be told that the person doing the viewing was not able to wait 15 minutes and had to leave to do another viewing. 15 minutes!!!! Wasted 1/2 day and #25+ in petrol. Thoroughly unprofessional company who clearly only allow 10-15 minutes of their precious time for a viewing. I would steer clear of using them to sell your property as they have absolutely no respect for prospective buyers. Avoid also if you are viewing through this company - who knows if they will turn up!

Where do I start with this estate agents, what an absolute joke and not a funny one at that, Goodlord the referencing agency they use are nothing but a headache, the minute you pass your details on to them prepare to be inundated with emails texts and phone calls from every energy supplier, broadband supplier, home phone, home entertainment, home insurance, life insurance company under the sun, also the 2 to 3 business days it takes to complete referencing is not the case, here we are over 2 weeks later and still not moving forward, go onto their portal and it says there is nothing left for us to do and its in review.
So here we are 4 days away from when our tenancy is meant to start and our referencing isn't complete and not for want of us trying, we have had to cancel removals and lost £400 in deposit and also the £253 in holding deposit for the house, for the past 2 days 2 members of staff at Johnsons have ignored our emails and attempts of contact to find out what was happening as we were about to lose the roof over our heads, fortunately we didn't we just lost about £700 thanks to Johnsons and them reassuring us everything was going just fine and would be ok when quite clearly its not fine and not ok, but how would we know when we are being ignored by Johnsons, so we are back to square -£700 thanks to Johnsons total lack of professionalism and communication with us, you have been warned!!

Aaran at Johnson’s has been helping us to secure a purchase on our dream home. We fell in love with the property after he kindly managed to arrange a very short notice viewing with the vendor just before Christmas. When we decided to make an offer (during the Christmas period when the office was closed!) Aaran worked so hard to try and make this happen for us, even corresponding with us (replying to our emails) out of office hours over the new year period which we considered to be above and beyond what we expected. We were so grateful for this contact as it seemed like a long few days waiting for the office to re-open! Aaran seemed to understand this and reassured us that he would do everything he could to help us AND his client.
His communication was always sensitive to our situation as well as obviously trying to secure the best deal for his client. He was honest and up-front which allowed us to share the same approach and we were delighted to finally secure a deal.
Aaran is continuing to maintain communication throughout the process and we feel confident that we can contact him at any time and he will answer any queries we have.
We would definitely highly recommend Johnson’s from the experience we have had so far.
