Honestly you can see the difference between them and the other agents in reality!
Sold freehold and completed in less than 30 days. Sold an other lease hold and completed in just 88 days.

We had one hell of a journey selling & buying over 2 years and Christopher stokes were with us throughout the whole journey. Altogether a positive experience. The initial consultation with Mario was well researched, explained and therefore impressive as a result - hence choosing this estate agent. Later in the process, Polly has been fantastic and deserves commendation for her efforts with my recent sale. I personally found the strategy of different specialists throughout the process a bit odd at times, and although I can understand the reasoning behind it, I would have perhaps found it a bit easier dealing with 1-2 people throughout, rather that 5-6.

Very professional, Very on the ball and kept both my and the seller's solicitors on their toes and on the ball throughout the whole process. I suspect without their persistence the whole process would have taken longer than needed. Always kept me informed about the progress. Definitely recommend.

Luisa Dino is a great Sales Negotiator and very accommodating with respect to our request for viewing the property. Matthew Forecast was able to allay my fears of not having a credit history in the UK with respect to the referencing phase of the renting process. Amy Cecil, thanks for your quick response in resolving the issues with the Goodlord platform.
