18th Mar 2026 (0 days ago)From the word "go" Rachel was always available for any any questions. The viewings went without any problems and booking the viewings was straight forward and easy. At every stage of the selling process we were kept informed and the next part of the process explained. At times Rachel went out of her way to help when needed without asking. Rachel made the whole process of selling our house as easy and stressless as it could be. I would highly recommend this Estate agent to anyone considering selling their home. 5 star plus, well done and thank you.

12th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)This was the first time I have used Paul Wallace Hoddesdon, I was selling a property & the guys were entrusted to show prospective buyers around, I was informed on all viewings & feedback throughout which made the process, for me, really easy, Peter & Joe were first port of call & both very calming influences when events happened further down the chain, communication is first class & I won’t hesitate to use their services again

Ali was extremely helpful throughout and really went above and beyond to make everything straightforward. He was always responsive to my requests, quick to provide updates, and made sure I felt informed and supported every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. I would highly recommend Kings Group Cheshunt, especially Ali, to anyone looking for a professional, efficient, and friendly estate agent. Thank you again for such a great service!

All members of the team were very responsive and worked hard to secure a suitable tenancy. They clearly follow all legal regulations and have an excellent understanding of the rental process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agency.

Via Properties let our property for us after it had been marketed with two other local agents - we were initially doubtful on what extra service they would give us but we are so glad we worked with them & wished we had them on board from the start!! Their service from start to finish was second to none, really friendly and informative, proactive and reassuring. The photography and marketing they put together was brilliant and quick. They found our tenants within a few weeks in a very quiet market. They were on hand to answer any questions and always responded to us quickly and helpfully. As first time landlords they really guided us through the process step by step and I always felt up to date and informed throughout. We were able to have open and honest discussions with Enzo and he really listened to us as clients and endeavoured to deliver the best result for us whilst taking all our concerns into consideration. We will no doubt use them in the future for our property needs for both sales and lettings. Just want to say a huge thank you to you all!

I found them to be very professional, knowledge and they have me some great tips in order to finally sell my home. We went ahead with Big Black Hen and there suggestions and hey presto, our house sold. Ive since recommend Big Black Hen to my friends and family. Great service

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)????? I cannot recommend Oliver & Akers highly enough, especially Wendy, who was absolutely outstanding throughout my home-buying journey. After searching for around six months and viewing multiple properties with different estate agents, I still hadn’t found the right place. I then made an online enquiry about a property that had unfortunately already been sold but that turned out to be a blessing in disguise, because that’s when Wendy stepped in. From that moment on, Wendy went above and beyond. She took the time to truly understand exactly what I was looking for in terms of price, location, and the type of home I wanted. Thanks to her dedication and persistence, she helped me secure the ideal flat in the right location, at the right price, and without any stress. Wendy was incredibly supportive before, during, and even after the purchase. She was always responsive, professional, approachable, and genuinely cared about making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. My house sale was complicated and, from the very start and throughout the process, Nicola put herself out to provide accurate and realistic information. She also gave me lots of her time to help me think things through. She always went the extra mile and I'm grateful for the service she, and sometimes her colleagues, provided.

21st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Anthony Lettings has been managing one of our rental properties in Hertford since 2016 when they took over from BlueTopp Lettings. The service has always ben excellent and the tenants have also been very good (no issues so far). Highly recommend as a landlord
15th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)From start to finish Oliver was my main point of contact and I cannot thank him enough for all of his help throughout the process! Any questions that I had have been promptly dealt with. I was able to move in to my new place reasonably quickly. I have also been contacted by few other agents at VIA Properties and with confidence can recommend these estate agents to others.
10th Apr 2025 (11 mo. ago)Unfortunately due to heavy traffic I was delayed. I contacted the office 3 times from 9.34am to advise them of this issue. They ignored this information and still insisting I was 45 mins late when I had already advised them of the traffic delays from the outset my appt was for 10.30. I arrived and they cancelled my appointment. Zero consideration for my time. Zero adjustments of intelligence, also refusing to let me speak to the manager. I feel sorry for the seller as I am in a great position to purchase. UPDATE - as requested by shepherds, I have indeed had a greater quality experience with Kings and P Cuffaro whose high standards and chief skill include ability to communicate their schedule and accommodate the potential buyer in order to secure a sale on behalf of the vendor. Their priority is not to argue their point but to ensure they communicate efficiently and effectively with maturity and consideration for clients and explain time scales as the buyer would not be aware from the outset of your schedule. I was actually refused and told very boldly that I could not speak to a manager and had to write in. I have attached images of my calls updating you of my journey. My 20 minute journey was 1Hr 10 mins. Not once was I told you had a 30 minute journey or a time limit not including or accommodating the 10 minutes (10.40) until my final call 5 minutes before my arrival at11.12. In a nutshell buyers and sellers beware.you can see that arguing the toss in detail on here is the priority over securing your sale!

We viewed a property we instantly fell in love with on Thursday and made the decision that same day to put our house on the market. By Saturday, professional photos had been taken; our property was listed on Monday; and by the following Thursday, it was sold. The entire process was incredibly efficient and well managed. Not only did we secure the home we had our hearts set on, but we also achieved the full asking price for our property. A huge thank you to the whole team at Elliot Heath for their professionalism, communication, and support throughout both our purchase and sale. We truly couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)What a great team, Peter was a pleasure to meet and decided to list our property with Peter Cuffaro, our house sold in just 2 weeks I believe it was the marketing and the walk through video that really drove in the viewings. The rest of the team was a delight too Joe and Ted where very approachable and friendly. I even popped in for a coffee and a chat from time to time! Overall our move went swimmingly and I can’t thank the team enough!! ????????????
