I wholeheartedly recommend Cobble Country for your estate agent needs and more! The team have been absolutely brilliant in their communication and handling of our recent purchase, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
The property was in need of a serious amount of refurbishment, but with us not living locally, the Cobble Country team went above and beyond any normal estate agent and managed the refurb works for us, supporting local contractors and trades throughout the process. Their experience was invaluable and provided superb advice along the way to not only maximise the potential of the property for us as owners, but also to the benefit of future tenants.
To top it all off, as the work came to a close they had a quality tenant lined up ready to move in immediately.
Certainly the best experience we’ve had with an estate agent.

Cobble country were terrible at getting back to us with feedback I always had to chase them. They booked viewings with us and didn't carry them out, I only knew they didn't carry them out when I phoned them for the feedback. They blamed us for not being able to sell our property. All in all they were not professional. So we have changed estate agents.
