Unfortunately, I would avoid this estate agent based on our experience. We paid the holding fee deposit for a flat and found out they had taken multiple holding fees for the same property. We found out we didn't get the property (which is fine), but from start to finish it took 2 weeks to be refunded the fee which is far too long. Also, whenever we called up with a question regarding our application, the 'right' person never seemed to be around. All in all a weird experience and waste of 2 weeks of our time.... Read more

On the day of viewing, only 20 minutes before the booking time, they said there was emergency and cancelled. I was on the way and my partner was already in the area. I said it's alright. I am driving, please call me tomorrow so we can make an appointment again. After I got home, I received an email for the next appointment already (I did not agree but I had time on the day). On the second day of viewing. They called me 2 hours before and asked me that can I come 15 minutes earlier. I arrived at the new appointment time. They had double-booked. The agent was busying in taking video or making video call. He finished in 2-3 minutes, and asked me and the another group who could view first. If we were not viewing together and one should wait for 10 minutes, what's the point to make double booking and ask me to arrive 15 minutes earlier? I did not wait for viewing. It was ridiculous and I left. I think it makes sense that we all want money, so it may make sense that we have tight schedule sometimes. But the experience was not making any sense for me. Giving 1 star for 2 reasons: 1. there is no zero star in google review; 2. The agent calling me was polite. Not sure was he the guy at the property.... Read more

On contrary, Completion gave us a smooth and unforgettable experience. They were both considerate and compassionate where they could with our situation. To start, our agent, Caleb was particulary keen on the details, kind and very warm. He was very prompt and admirable with all his responses. Gold standard service and attitude. If one gets to encounter him expect nothing but just extraordinary assistance and a thoughtful demeanour all the way. I wouldn’t waste my time with this company. As a landlord myself I wouldn’t entertain giving this lot my business. I enquired about a vacant property on Monday that I was interested in letting, I had to chase twice for a response and still haven’t heard back. It’s now Sunday. I would not have confidence that my property is being managed correctly by this company. How many good tenants are being ignored and going elsewhere? I am one. I just got the feeling they couldn’t be bothered. On top of this my partner has had a very bad experience with this company. Same as mine, very poor communication and response times, if you even get a response at all. To top it off they blatantly discriminated against her because she is on universal credit despite her online credit rating being 999/999 and having a perfect reference from another agent that goes back 12 years. This is illegal but they don’t seem to care. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Thank you for your response but it’s nonsense. I spoke to Kaleb and I was waiting for Gregg to call me back. I chased and this never happened. Someone isn’t doing their job clearly if my details aren’t even there. Check their records, my name and number will be there somewhere. So your endeavours are not good enough I’m afraid. You may have an arse covering policy on paper but the reality is you and most other agents are complicit, if not proactive, in the discrimination of people on Universal Credit despite laws preventing this practice being put in place recently. You didn’t even ask for this reference you have now mentioned. You just dismissed her outright from the beginning. Disgraceful. Very hard to get straight answers from - we were always told we had to talk to someone else and pretty much every time that person was out of the office.. Also little acknowledgement that not every customer is the same. They would not allow us to make changes to the borderline illegal contract we were sent. Stay away from this company!!... Read more

Do not use this agency! Incompetent, unprofessional and use illegal practices. Bad communication between this company and their partners so we had to submit our documents 3 times to different people.They are short staffed and demand everything from you immediately but are very slow to act when something is needed from their side. They knew we had to be out of our current place in one weeks time and still told us the result of the references on the last day. To top it all off they charged us for referencing (£90) when we didn't even get a property with them in the end! It is illegal to charge for this as of the 1st June 2019 and they know this so we are currently taking further action. Stay clear!... Read more
