Highly recommending this service!
Pawan who helped us with our mortgage, was amazing to work with. He was brilliant with his knowledge and provided excellent help and support.
We had a tight deadline, we were very nervous about the situation, as we also had many obstacles in the way.
Pawan was calm throughout the whole process and got us through it, which was what we needed.
We cannot thank him enough!

Went through Connell to view property’s found our match and went through mortgage consultant, Gregory and he helped us through the whole application and was very helpful and any questions we had he answered right away and, took us through the right path to complete the mortgage application and help purchase our property. Our experience with Connells has been 10/10. After being with another estate agent for a while and getting nowhere, Ross knocked on our door one evening and asked if he/connells could help, im so happy he did as 3 weeks later we have accepted an offer. They literally done everything Ross said they would, and the communication has been so much more than i was expecting. Its honestly been the best service. I can't recommend them enough. Also, I would like to add that Sophia, who has done the viewings, always came and done a great job in a very friendly and professional manner.

I feel compelled to share my incredibly disheartening experience with Connells Leavesden branch, as it was marked by sheer unprofessionalism and disappointment. The estate agents at this branch were not only clueless but also made a multitude of fake promises throughout the entire process, leading to a complete breakdown in trust.
Despite enduring a painstaking wait of 4.5 months to close the deal, it ultimately ended in cancellation. The series of fake promises and open-ended timelines provided by the estate agents proved to be nothing but empty words, leaving me frustrated and with no choice but to abandon the transaction.
The level of incompetence displayed by the estate agents was astounding. They seemed to lack even the basic knowledge necessary to navigate the real estate industry. Their inability to deliver on their promises and provide accurate information led to a profound sense of disillusionment.
In conclusion, my experience with Connells Leavesden branch was deeply unsatisfactory. The estate agents' cluelessness, the multitude of fake promises, and the protracted timelines resulted in an enormous waste of time, effort, and resources. I implore potential clients to explore alternative options when selecting an estate agent to ensure a more professional and fulfilling experience.

Overpriced property to get our business and top commission as apparently they don't work on percentage! Was advised to drop price 2 weeks after signing with them, funny enough their commission did not drop. Lots of no shows, felt sometimes that we were not told complete truth. Would not recommend, will never use again

A-MAY-ZING! I popped into the Leavesden Branch on the Abbotswood Park development last week and I was greeted very enthusiastically by two gentlemen - one called Ross and the other called Shumes. They were really helpful in informing me of the process as I haven't moved for a long time. We were introduced to Tessa at Connells by a friend of overs. We were looking for mortgage had found London & Country very mechanical in their approach.
Dealing with Tessa was a nice experience. Her knowledge, expertise as to which Lenders requires what detailing, finding best mortgage deals was very helpful. Her transparency and being around for answering / addressing lenders query helped a lot. Further her calls to find out about exchange, completion meant she liked to be informed about process till completion and remained available for help. We closed a house deal in pinner with her mortgage advise and will recommend her services.

I had been thinking of selling my property for quite some time. My partner and I decided to get a few agents round to value our property and see who to go for. We had our first two valuations done and that’s when Ross from Connells came, he was brilliant. He did such a good job of explaining everything we needed to know! One of the negotiators of the branch did a great job of explaining how we would go about viewings etc. very happy with the service the team provided.

Connells have been amazing throughout the process of purchasing a house. Very friendly staff who offer advice and support when you require. They do not pressure you at all and are very informative. Rakesh from Connells Estate Agents in Leavesden has made the whole process fun and exciting. Tom has also been a huge help. Everything you do not want from an estate agent. They have lied about viewings taking place on our property. They think that if they send an email out which features your property they are entitled to a fee if the buyer sees the property with the other instructed agent. They tried bullying us into taking a bid through them when we had a better bid from a rival. They couldn't even get the address right on the contract. They did not chase people that wanted to view our flat. If you must use this agency please beware what you sign because they tell you one thing and when it doesn't go their way they try and hit you for money in anyway possible and they don't let things like the truth get in the way.
