I’m afraid very disappointing. From the first visit I asked for a sale board. Didn’t arrive. Rang office twice to request, still didn’t so gave up. Communication awful. Say they will ring back then never do. Didn’t inform me of key issues. Only as everything was collapsing did I start getting the kind of communication I had expected. Constant turn over of staff so case being dealt with by several different people. One young lady, I’m sorry don’t remember her name, was extremely helpful when I had given up phoning for information so went into the office - thanks go to her. The sale fell through and my first indication of that came from the estate agent I was buying through. They recommend incompetent solicitors who do not even respond to Connells. If we decide to try again would definitely not use them. Sorry if this sounds brutal but true.... Read more

I need to write a review in regard to the excellent services I received from Jason Wells the branch manager at Newport Pagnell branch. He was my go between across the chains, without him I think the waiting for the solicitors to get their act together I would still be waiting. He accepted all my calls and provided me with updates and listened to my frustrations. He also took the flack many times from my new build property manager when they became impatient for the exchange date. Nothing was too much trouble and happy to negotiate with all in the chain to try and get things moving. I would also like to extend my appreciation to others at the branch from Christopher, easy to engage with him, he valued my property placing it higher than the other estate agents valued, he obviously knew the market as it sold at that price too. And to Laura Tomes who searched endlessly for the best quotes for our mortgage and other services insurances and will. Doing a full review into our requirements.
