Selling and moving from our first home turned out to be a longer journey than we expected, but Conway Christie were outstanding from start to finish.
They came out promptly to value our home in April 2025 and had it on the market within days — we sold within the first week. Unfortunately, that sale fell through, but their professionalism, communication, and support never wavered. We successfully sold again in July and have finally moved into our forever home this week!
Throughout the entire process, they were proactive, reassuring, and always on hand to guide us. We’re truly grateful for their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

We’ve just sold our home and had a really lovely experience with the team. The photos taken by Lauren were gorgeous and she was so friendly and easy to chat to. Sharon, who came out to value our home, was absolutely fabulous and made us feel confident from the start.
We actually didn’t have much back-and-forth with the office because our house sold quickly - full asking price offer after just one week! However Rachel, who mostly dealt with the sale, was always available to help if needed.
Every member of staff we did speak to was friendly, helpful and professional throughout.

Nice people who worked hard to make a tough sale. They offer a lovely premium-looking for-sale-sign they use for more desirable properties and a low rent one for the rest (the latter of which we got, which was a little disappointing). Also, so little information flowed through the Street app as to make it fairly limited beyond onboarding. However, they got the basics right, secured a good price in a reasonable timeframe, and were always pleasant to deal with.

Lauren Guiseley,
Branch Manager, declared a conflict of interest during our first communication and I should have requested another agent at that point.
She was selling the property on behalf of a close friend who was going through an acrimonious separation. The property had some oddities relating to extra land which was included in the sale. There were also some defects within the property.
I felt Lauren was unable to be non partisan and through actions and words she acted unfairly towards me. She told an anecdote that I felt was an attempt to persuade me towards accepting an informal arrangement on a title issue on the property, without pursuing a legal solution. The issue could have resulted in me being liable for decades of rent arrears. In the end the vendors agreed to an indemnity policy.
Also, my solicitor requested that two items were repaired prior to completion and I was told that they would be. However, I was unable to check with Lauren that these things had been repaired because just over a week before completion she and her colleagues, who were cc’d in to emails and messages and which were shown as having been read, stopped responding to emails or returning phone calls.
On completion, these things had not been repaired, legal action is my only recourse.
Unsatisfactory, conflict of interest, divulging personal information about her client and a failure to care or provide an adequate or consistent non partisan service.

Very prompt with all the issues we were concerned about. We’ve never bought or sold a house for over 30 years and all the staff we were in contact with were extremely helpful. The actual sale of the house took place in less that a day. The first potential buyer loved the house and bought it. The subsequent paper work etc. was all dealt with very efficiently.

We used Conway and Christie to sell our property. They came out with hardly any notice, took some pictures and videos which really showed our home as lovely as it is. The property went on the market and they were flooded with that many people wanting to view, we had to pause the viewings.

First time buy through Conway Christie. Staff lovely throughout, however as soon as the sale went through the support wasn't quite what we were hoping for. I know we had a difficult seller but quite disappointed that they didn't do a house check before the release of keys. On collection at the agents, three keys in an envelope with no other paperwork at all and that was it. A bit underwhelming.
