Fantastic estate agents I would highly recommend . I sold my house and needed to go into rented accommodation until I could find my forever home and Susan spokes estate agents where extremely helpful . I found renting a house a minefield until I found Susan spokes estate agents and they guided me through the process . They where soo helpful and not like other estate agents who seemed unhelpful when you mentioned pets or short term agreements . Nothing was to much trouble for Susan spokes estate agents and you where Not treated like a second class citizen when you mentioned renting a property with like many other estate agents had behaved . What a great service provided! Susan and the team have kept us informed all the way with our renovation and they manage our property really well. They managed to secure a Tennant VERY quickly achieving higher rate of estimated rental income too. They project managed the renovations and managed the value to guilty really well that I am impressed by how little the renovation cost from the original state I purchased the property to the quality of products used. I engaged 3 agents to value and ultimately sell my property. I went with Susan Spokes because she had done a great deal of background research on the property. Within 24hrs the property was live and on the market and once I had read the property description I knew I had made the correct choice. It was thoughtful and Susan had listened to what I thought were relevant points. I had 2 offers on the property and it was sold within 2 weeks. The process then was complete in 8 weeks which I think Susan worked hard to keep things flowing between all parties including the solicitors.
