After 9 months dealing with your firm, 2 failed sales, a 3rd underway they may wish to understand my concerns and frustrations, particularly as I've had cause for numerous complaints during this time. Pitch at the start to make us choose them was good. From the time we signed it was awful. Communication was non existent, never called to promote properties to us which means they didn’t do this for ours to others. We had to rewrite and reorder the advert to ensure it was correct. Don’t have premium service with rightmove to make properties stand out. Only 2 viewings in 12 weeks when other properties in the area were selling in days.
