Outstanding service from start to finish.<br>The whole team at the Frome office were an absolute pleasure to work with. They are hands down the most proactive agents I’ve ever experienced—always available to talk things through, quick to communicate, and ready to offer great advice, even helping us navigate our onward purchase.<br>Their marketing was top-tier, featuring stand-out photos and an elegantly written description of the house for both the brochure and Rightmove. An excellent experience dealing with the Frome office in the whole experience of looking and buying a property. In less than 2 months I went from viewing, making an offer, negotiating the offer to exchange and immediate completion. Always helpful and professional staff.

If someone from HO, customer service or even the CEO of Cooper & Tanner decide to call me personally to explain, you are very welcome.
After 9 months dealing with your firm, 2 failed sales, a 3rd underway they may wish to understand my concerns and frustrations, particularly as I've had cause for numerous complaints during this time.
I should have been able to give 4 - 5 stars, but the communication, performance and management of your Warminster branch has and continues to fall well below my expectations.

The branch Manager Samuel Masters and his team were extremely efficient and have ensured a quick sale offer on our property .The marketing on On the Market and right move was excellent and quick and the photographs and the details written up on the brochure resulted in quite a few viewings and several people expressed interest but had to sell their own property.
