I cannot recommend Cooper & Tanner Frome, and Henry in particular, highly enough.<br><br>Buying a house can be stressful, especially with multiple parties involved, but Henry has been brilliant from start to finish. He’s been attentive, honest, proactive and consistently supportive throughout the whole process.<br><br>What really stood out was how on it he was whenever something needed chasing. Whether it was solicitors, vendors or chain updates, he kept things moving and kept me well informed at every stage. His communication was excellent and he was always transparent, which made a real difference during the more uncertain points.<br><br>It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a personal approach, and Henry absolutely does. He went above and beyond to help get this purchase over the line.<br><br>A big thank you as well to the wider Cooper & Tanner team for their support ?

You hear a lot of things about Estate Agents over the years. Most of them negative but dealing with Cooper and Tanner and the warm,lovely people of Cooper and Tanner in Frome (Shelly, Henry, Ross and apologies to the rest of the team for not recalling names) was truly heartening.<br>They made a business transaction and a stressful, anxious one at that, something that felt personal . Like we mattered and that had made all the difference.

We have recently sold our house through Cooper and Tanner in Frome, and the service we received was outstanding from start to finish.<br><br>From the initial marketing through to completion, the entire team was professional, responsive and supportive. A special mention must go to Shelly Glass, whose experience, honesty and enthusiasm made a real difference throughout the process.<br><br>What impressed us most was Shelly’s straightforward and realistic approach. Rather than overhyping the property’s value, she gave us an honest assessment of the market, explained what we could realistically expect, and was spot on with both the valuation and eventual sale price. We rented our property in Cheddar starting in 2023. Cooper and Tanner found us fabulous tenants and we continued to rent through them until December 2025 when our tenants left and we placed our property on the market for sale through them. As a letting and estate agent they were always very professional, helpful, communicative and we are delighted to recommend them to others. We are particularly grateful to Caroline, our letting agent and Christopher, the manager, who dealt with our property sale. I should add all this was done from a great distance as we live permanently in the US.

If someone from HO, customer service or even the CEO of Cooper & Tanner decide to call me personally to explain, you are very welcome.
After 9 months dealing with your firm, 2 failed sales, a 3rd underway they may wish to understand my concerns and frustrations, particularly as I've had cause for numerous complaints during this time.
I should have been able to give 4 - 5 stars, but the communication, performance and management of your Warminster branch has and continues to fall well below my expectations.

The branch Manager Samuel Masters and his team were extremely efficient and have ensured a quick sale offer on our property .The marketing on On the Market and right move was excellent and quick and the photographs and the details written up on the brochure resulted in quite a few viewings and several people expressed interest but had to sell their own property.
