The team at Cooper & Tanner have changed our opinion on estate agents and we couldn't recommend them enough! From the beginning, the service felt personal and communication was great throughout. They even pointed us in the right direction to secure funding for our new house in ????????????. A particular shout out to Adam, the Manager, and Ross. Absolute legends ?????? ?????? My favourite bit was returning home after a viewing to a hand written note detailing the outcome of the viewing. Its small details like these that make all the difference. Well, Henry was simply the best. Professional, and personable. By far the best guy we have ever dealt with, whilst flat hunting. We will actively seek him out, to help us, in our next property hunt. Hopefully very soon.

I recently popped in for a chat with Adam Scott, the branch manager, and he was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the local area. We talked a lot about some amazing new build projects in Frome and Cooper & Tanner's involvement in marketing those. He was helpful, friendly and knows his stuff. I will definitely be going back to them in the future.

If someone from HO, customer service or even the CEO of Cooper & Tanner decide to call me personally to explain, you are very welcome.
After 9 months dealing with your firm, 2 failed sales, a 3rd underway they may wish to understand my concerns and frustrations, particularly as I've had cause for numerous complaints during this time.
I should have been able to give 4 - 5 stars, but the communication, performance and management of your Warminster branch has and continues to fall well below my expectations.

The branch Manager Samuel Masters and his team were extremely efficient and have ensured a quick sale offer on our property .The marketing on On the Market and right move was excellent and quick and the photographs and the details written up on the brochure resulted in quite a few viewings and several people expressed interest but had to sell their own property.
