Edited to reply: I'm sorry Andrew but I haven't had anyone visit about the mould previously you must be referring to previous tenants. I have only ever had visits for radiator issues, a broken cupboard door and the routine inspections. I have never actually been at home for an inspection either. I have also had no email contact with you, only Amy and Luka whereby I am lucky if they respond without me double emailing them. A contractor did visit on the weekend and said there are numerous issues that should have been addressed a long time ago. Can I also ask, if you were aware there were mould issues a long time ago why this has never been mentioned and why was there such a delay in rectifying the problem?I can assure you that any 'poor ventilation' is through no fault of our own given that we purchased a dehumidifier, keep the radiator on every day and have the bathroom window open constantly. Currently a tenant and the communication is horrendous. I have been chasing up a mould issue for over 2 months and I'm lucky to get a response let alone someone be sent out. I've had to contact environmental health as my emails are often ignored. Such a shame as they were initially super helpful when moving in. I'd personally avoid.... Read more

Initial contact and viewing of a property was extremely good. Unfortunately after that the communications and service were poor and impersonalized. I had great difficulty seeing my contact in person or having a telephone conversation, which meant additional information and conversational nuance opportunities were missed. As it happened conducting business over email became the companies downfall as all communication were recorded and later used to take to the ombudsman. Long story short, they failed to explain the referencing process fully and thought they were entitled to keep my £300 holding deposit. After months of stressful emails and correspondence, I had to refer the complaint to the ombudsman to have my monies refunded. Country Property complaints process ignored the facts, advice I obtained from 'Which? Legal' and I felt I was treated with disdain by senior management.... Read more

Had a terrible experience as a someone who lived in their rental properties as well as the land lady herself.
