During April 2025, we decided to sell our house and relocate. Things had changed over the years since our previous move. We decided to contact Andrews Estate Agents from Yate. Our valuation, viewings and sale were carried out by Michelle Phillips. Our aprehesion and concerns were very quickly dismissed. Positivity and confidence were soon brought to us by Michelle. We cannot speak too highly of Michelle, hardworking, Professional, always there at all times when called upon. Originally dealt with the Winterbourne office, who were all great, but due to the chain being connected with Yate office I had most of the process dealing with Michelle in the Yate office. Michelle was marvellous and went above and beyond expectations. Happily, I completed on the sale of my property last week, and I felt I should take this opportunity to praise the superb service I received from Dominique, Michelle and Tom at Andrews, Yate Branch.<br>All three of them are extremely welcoming and friendly, yet very professional and form a cohesive efficient team.<br>They were aware that this would be an emotional experience for me, as my late husband and I had owned the house for over 38 years, and this was dealt with in a very sensitive manner by all concerned.<br>My initial contact was with Dominique, who was very pleasant and immediately put me at my ease, when she came to appraise my property. Michelle in particular worked very hard to help push through what became quite a frustrating transaction! Tom was always most professional and melted my heart when he wished me Happy Birthday. Given the conveyancing nightmare and low motivation in the chain, Andrew’s (Stuart in particular) kept their eye on the ball and saw the sell of my house through to the end. It would not have been easy for any estate agent. Stuart went above and beyond in chasing all parties in the entire chain at regular intervals. Had he not had done so the process would have probably moved from a glacial pace forward to a total stop.<br>It is also worth mentioning that the entire team at Winterbourne (associated with the Yate branch) were all very good. The photos and marketing were all excellent.

From the very start Dom came to value the house, I felt confident we had chosen the right people to help us! They worked round our timings and arranged so many viewings for the house! Dom was always so helpful and constantly willing to help and answer any questions I had with the house sale! Michelle was also such a great help! Always ringing with feedback and updates! I feel it appropriate and necessary to bring to your attention the fantastic work Stewart Banwell is doing in Yate and Winterbourne.<br><br>For some context, Stewart has just sold our house, together with my in-laws' house as a split chain, facilitating a move into a multi-generational single property.<br><br>From the start, Stewart made a promise of honesty and integrity, guiding us through a complex situation and advising us correctly on our house price and how the market was moving.<br><br>When it came to the lead up to the exchange, Stewart led all the other estate agents from the other companies involved and aligned both chains despite the dates constantly moving due to inept solicitors, and agents who were slow in advising their clients.<br><br>Stewart put in numerous hours and took calls and emails even on days off, my wife and I felt valued and looked after even when things started looking like it would unravel, in fact, I believe that the chains would have collapsed if anyone other than Stewart had been dealing with them.<br><br>Stewart is a credit to the Andrews company, and I wish him the best in the rest of his career.

I’ve just sold my flat with Andrews after one viewing, after previously being on the market with another local estate agent for 6 months with no offers. I wish I had used them sooner!! Dominique and Tom have been so professional and friendly, I really felt that they took the time to understand my needs and keep me updated from initially putting the flat on the market, having photos taken, organising the viewing and negotiating the offer. I felt that they really tried to proactively sell my flat too. If you are looking for an estate agent in Yate then I recommend them 100%! My partner and I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Andrews in Yate. From the moment we first made contact to arrange a viewing on a property they were very fast & efficient. Dominique met us at the property for a viewing you couldn’t met a nicer lady, so knowledgeable and professional with a personal touch you seldom find. We spent longer than you would usually as we were treated like people and she took time to get to know us and find out our needs and wishes. Offered immediately as we fell in love with the property instantly from the photographs but of course had to see it to believe it! Dominique was in contact with us straight away to inform us of next steps. From then on throughout the rest of the process we dealt with Stewart Banwell, we honestly cannot recommend him and the team enough, the support that we received from Stewart was first class, continually updating me throughout every stage with emails and telephone calls, made us feel so extremely confident that Stewart was there dealing with the process.
