I was already on with another agent when Cubitt & West said they could do better and get more than the asking price. They served up few prospective buyers and I received poor / below-the-asking-price offers. They said they had a queue of people lined up to buy the property and access to a wider market through their over 60’s affiliates. That never transpired. They erected a sold board when the property hadn’t sold which confused other people that were going to view the property through my other agent. They were not at all effective. I’d never go back to them again.

I can’t express how amazing Jayde and her team have been in helping with the sale of my house. She has done so much to get it across the finishing line. What can I say? Katie and the team at Cubitt & West were simply first class. Communication was always clear, there was absolutely no BS, and they were incredibly responsive at every stage of the sale of our flat.<br><br>A special shout out to Tamsin and Alessandra too — both fantastic throughout.<br><br>Estate agents can get a lot of negative press, but these guys proved that stereotype completely wrong. Professional and genuinely great to deal with.<br><br>Highly recommended!

First class service given by everyone in the Dorking Office from the moment I first walked through the office door right through to completion. The property was in need of some TLC however Scott and the team marketed it with enthusiasm and arranged for an open house viewing day and the property sold within 3 weeks. After that the service continued to be outstanding right up to the completion which took place last week. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cubitt & West to my friends...

Recently sold our property via Kristine at Cubbit and west. I was slightly stressed as I have never sold a property before and was unsure of the process. Kristine took her time with me and was very patient with my questions. Ended up selling the property in 4 working days! Would recommend the company and Kristine for those looking for guidance and peace of mind!

I would like to echo the praise of the most recent 5 star reviews for Katie and her team at Emsworth in selling my bungalow which has been difficult and ongoing for over a year and previously with other agents.<br>The team have always been very helpful with advice and with quick updates during the progress of the sale.<br>Many thanks to Katie for her help and support when it was needed. It was much appreciated.<br>Thanks too to Julie for her liaison with the online solicitors and for keeping me up to date promptly.
