Promised the world before going on the market. That’s where the sloppy work started, given the brochure to sign off. Had to be return 3 times for amendments due to duplicate wording, missing pictures etc., basic work for anyone, but no care or attention to detail. Once the house was on the market and live on the website. Some pictures where over saturated making the house look a dirty, missing pictures and more pictures of the garden than the house. Asked them to amend this, met with a sharp and blunt response over the phone…speak to the manager. They amended this, placed the original pictures online, next to the over saturated pictures. Simple, uncomplicated work for anyone, but seems no one can be bothered to check details and pictures. All in all, a very bad experience of Cubitt and West, talks the talk but does not walk the walk. Would I recommend Cubit and West? No not at all, wasted 8 weeks of my time and money.... Read more
