There enthusiasm and knowledge of the area convinced me it was the right choice to work with them.<br>Especially good communication on a weekly basis gave me the confidence that I was in good hands.<br>I developed a good working relationship with Dannielle the branch Manager.<br>Safe to say it was really seamless process and affordable charges allowed me not to worry about a thing.<br>I was that impressed by the professionalism of all the staff, that I instructed Curtis Law to do the conveyancing for me as well.<br>All round good experience.

Curtis Law understood our needs when it came to selling our family property and they showed actual interest in what we had to say. They spent time with us understanding the history of our property and this was expressed in the write up of our property. The photos were very good and represented the property in a good light. Value for money compared to other agents is excellent however it is still an expensive part of the whole sale process.
The team were fantastic, very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable, the photographer made the house very attractive, enhancing the best qualities, Scott is an excellent sales person, easy to get along with, chatty and enthusiastic and Lucy is helpful and negotiated a great price after Scott had secured an offer, im absolutely over the moon with the service so far.

I sold my house for a fixed fee, agreed in advance and it was only on the market for two weeks before a sale was achieved, unfortunately that fell through but the day afterwards I had two more viewings and two offers , one of which I accepted and it is progressing now . The team are lovely , good at communicating and I was pleased with the outcome .

Do not use these estate agents. They are unprofessional and incompetent.
We tried listing with them. They promised us a premium listing on rightmove, professional photography and a video.
They took photos but I would hardly describe them as professional.
There were multiple photos where he'd left his equipment lying on the floor and got them in shot! We'd spent days cleaning and preparing only for the 'professional' photographer to make our house look messy by taking photos of his equipment dumped on the floor!
Considering I was moving a hoover and toy box from room to room and instructed the photographer to not get them in shot. He got them in shot multiple times in the 3D tour. So he wasn’t even looking at what he was taking photos of!
And no video was provided as promised!
They listed on rightmove with no floorplan, then they uploaded an incorrect floorplan showing our 3 bed as a 2 bed and missing a toilet!
It wasn’t a premium listing as promised.
Over 1 week later no for sale sign on a busy road.
They also used AI for the property description and got information in that wrong!
We then tried to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period and they want to charge us £250+VAT for “services provided!”
Do not list with these estate agents under any circumstances.

Putting the house on the market was good and communications were ok but later on communications from the admin team were not very good. Messages were not passed on to the solicitors when a sale had been agreed, even though I was told it would be and I need do nothing. Call backs not always made when promised and I was always asking for updates. I felt like my sale had been forgotten at times.

On our first viewing, we met Simon, who represented Curtis Law. He was so warm and friendly from the introduction. He showed us every corner of the house and explained the potential and possible improvements for the house. We found his approach so positive, which led us to make an offer on the same day. Our offer had been accepted immediately and again, Simon dealt with this, making sure we locked the offer by having a long conversation with the seller. He is an asset to this company undoubtedly, and I really appreciated his overall assistance. Now we're in the process of buying the property.
We've been through other estate agents, but this was our best experience. I made a phone enquiry about a property recently, David received my call , he was so helpful and was open and honest about the property he offered information on repairs that would need attention he also spent time talking through the pros and cons with the property, he had been the valuer on this property and had a good insight to it. a viewing was arranged, Simon showed me around the property and again he was insightful and friendly ,I called the office for a second viewing with a builder, again David spent time on the phone helping to arrange a time to suit. The office staff I dealt with chole and Jess were also polite and very helpful keeping me up to date with a complexed sale.
I am not planning to move any time soon but if I did Curtis law would be the first to contact.

Estate agents don't have a good reputation, and in fact we were being pressured by another agent when we contacted Curtis Law, and they changed our experience. They gave us a value which was optimistic (higher than the other agent) because we weren't in an immediate hurry to sell, so we were very happy to test the market. In the event, they found us a buyer immediately at that price (thanks Danny), they kept us updated when anything happened (thanks Jessica) and altogether they were professional and reliable at all times. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
All that, and they charged half what the other agent would have. Got me a better price and charged me less for doing it - what's not to like?

The service provided by Jessica Johnson and Chloe Oliver has been exceptional.
Jessica originally sold me the property and was super quick at meeting to assist with me now reluctantly selling the property - no nonesense approach and punctual, comparing to Duckworths Estate agents who couldnt be bothered turnin up on time.
Chloe Oliver has done amazing photography with my house and has brought it to life, showing every room beautifully - she definitely knows how to handle a camera! Beat my expectations (which is a shock to me).
Im confident my house will sell like a hot cake off the shelf and this is down to the fantastic service provided by Curtis Law Estate agents! Staff worth every penny ????

Charged me double…advertise a fixed price for selling….but when you actually sell then they work it out according to the house price. They are not professional as they advertise, pls avoid…
