Her communication was excellent and she always took the time to answer any questions I had. I’d also like to thank Freddie for his support. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, approachable, and made the whole process much less stressful. I would highly recommend this estate agency to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I had a small problem last year and Andrew himself put me in contact with the right people and went above and beyond. His knowledge of agricultural conveyancing, legalities, speedy action have been truly amazing this year. Thank you Andrew for all you have done.
1st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Im not best pleased with the way you have advertised a bungalow to rent on moorland road langho .it is not at all like pictures on your advert . The photos make it look really nice . I travelled from wrexham to langho to be greeted by a tree almost blocking the entrance and the state of the bungalow left a lot to be desired it was not as we were led to believe ready to move into ..the landlord was there fitting a carpet .he was a loverly man .<br>I think the way it was advertised was from photos years ago . And to my mind was false representation. To spend 3 hours travelling was a waste of my time had I k ow it wasn't ready for letting I wouldn't have viewed it and wasted my time .

They have guided me through the necessary steps and I feel very much at ease leaving everything in their clearly capable hands. All requests and queries have been responded to and dealt with very quickly and to a high standard. Many thanks to sonia. I would absolutely highly recommend! Update - after multiple properties let, my opinion hasn't changed. Duffins. have certainly proved they both talk and walk the walk! I now feel much more relaxed knowing my property is being managed through them. The whole team makes everything seamless and stress free. Communication is second to none - and they listen! 21st Jun 2026 (14 days ago)I sold my house for a fixed fee, agreed in advance and it was only on the market for two weeks before a sale was achieved, unfortunately that fell through but the day afterwards I had two more viewings and two offers , one of which I accepted and it is progressing now . The team are lovely , good at communicating and I was pleased with the outcome .

29th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)A thank you just doesnt seem enough! We have recently sold our home with Property Shop Accrington and they are beyond amazing! We had a negative time with the previous agents and things just changed massively when we moved to Property Shop. From valuation, to all the viewings and the amazing customer service provided by Beth. We were always kept updated and i genuinely felt Beth wanted the best for us, she was always available to answer questions and always kept us in the loop, she is a real trooper and so friendly & polite. The same goes for the other staff and also Natalie in completions, always friendly and efficient, nothing ever too much trouble. The staff are a credit to this place. We have been so happy from start to finish! Thank you x

5th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)As a potential buyer it is very difficult to get through to these estate agents. I have waited over a week for them to get back to me regarding a viewing for properties. They seem to be very adverse to picking up the phone or replying to email enquiries if you are looking to either buy or sell your property I would personally stay clear from this Estate Agent. In addition to this the re occurring theme of discriminatory behaviour is very off putting in the previous reviews as well.
