We were purchasers of a house listed by F&C (Whalley) - the communication around the the process was strong as were answers to any questions we had which were relayed to the sellers and which were subsequently always answered in good time and thoroughly. Additionally the marketing material around the property was of a very high quality. If there was any constructive feedback it would be around the detail surrounding the property itself - when extensions/alterations were made as well as the general background to the house (e.g. when it was built and any ancillary history) - noting that this will be such a considerable purchase to any buyer we felt the agents should have this info to hand. We found all staff very friendly and extremely helpful throughout and would certainly consider the team if we ever marketed our own house.... Read more

My experience with Fine and Country Ribble Valley was as a buyer. From the outset, Jason and Julie were extremely friendly and knowledgeable in describing the pros and cons of owning a property of the type my wife and I wished to buy. Nothing was too much trouble, and with the cooperation of the vendor we were granted accompanied viewings at short notice, including one at weekend. All information we requested was provided within a very short timescale and in a very honest manner. Trust and confidence built up quickly, and I believe ultimately the purchase price was right for both the vendors and us as the buyers. Even beyond completion both Jason and Julie have been in touch with me, offering assistance with some details I required. Moving house is a very stressful business but Fine and Country Ribble Valley had their fingers on the pulse, kept information flowing, and took away some of that stress! Ask for a valuation which was arranged then cancelled because they refused to travel the 13 miles from whalley to gisburn area ............obviously not a company to do business with if they can't travel short distances and they are suppose to be RIBBLE VALLEY estate agents and suggested I find an estate agent in skipton ! ! last time I looked we were defiantly in Lancashire and the Ribble valley NOT Yorkshire or did they move the border last night.........
