I have used many estate agents over the years and rarely written a review but I can highly recommend CW Estates.
We had our property on the market with another agent for 10 months and decided to change to CW. Their approach was completely different from the previous agents from the start,
Pippa was proactive yet transparent in managing our expectations, She took sole ownership of the viewings and communication with us was instant. She sold our property after 12 days! (yes that's right)
We had convinced ourselves that it was the market that was difficult but now I can say that the choice of agent is crucial. She was honest , hardworking and a delight to work with. These agents are a beacon of excellence in a sea of mediocrity. Would not hesitate to use them again

CW Estates have been absolute god sends, a special thanks to Lauren, Megan and Romy who I have dealt with directly throughout my buying journey. As a first time buyer I had no clue what to expect or what to even do, they guided me through the process and even recommended a fabulous mortgage advisor.
After putting viewing requests in with other estate agents and getting nowhere, I felt slightly disheartened until I came across CW Estates, put in a viewing request late at night not thinking much of it, and recieved a phone call early the next morning to arrange a viewing!
They have always been so responsive and easy to get ahold of if I needed anything at all. They made the buying process seem easy and stress free! I am forever grateful to CW Estates for supporting me throughout my home buying journey.

Lauren of CW Estates sold our home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, she and Meg were with us every step of the way. From the first meeting through to viewings and discussing offers, Lauren was open, upfront, and refreshingly honest – never leaving us staring at a dreaded blue tick wondering what was happening, unlike some agents we’ve known. Both Lauren and Meg were always just a WhatsApp away, even on a Saturday evening when things with our onward purchase went sideways, and their support kept us grounded and reassured throughout.

Like many others we thought it would be a tough job finding the right estate agent to sell our house. Many offer similar things on paper, the only differential being price. From the first meeting with Tom we knew we could work with him. His calm reassuring approach, experience within the industry and unique positioning on pricing sealed the deal. We attempted a shared ownership purchase where CW were the estate agents dealing with the sale side. Due to circumstances out of our control, the sale couldn't go ahead. However, the dealings we had with CW were top class. Tom kept communicating with us throughout the whole process. Recently, a shared ownership house has come back up and Tom made sure we were contacted to see if it was something we were interested in. The fact he had remembered us and thought of us just shows the care they take for their clients.
We are currently going through the motions of a house purchase and top of our cons list was that CW weren't the agents dealing with the house we found.
Would highly recommend them, they give a great service and a really personal feel.

The communication was brilliant and they didn't take long at all to get back to us to arrange our viewings like some other agents did.
The listings online were amazing- the photos represent the houses really well so you don't feel like you've been misled at all on viewing day, which saves everyone from wasting time. Floorplans were also available for all listings which helped us a lot.
The viewings we had were great - they're professional, friendly & very helpful, we also never felt rushed as we did with some others.

After my mum died I had the task of finding an estate agent to manage the sale of her house. As you can imagine it was a difficult time for me, still grieving, but having to deal with practical matters.
I chose CW Estate agents as they did not give me the hard sell, but showed empathy not like other local agents had. Nichola and her team were professional and supportive throughout, keeping us informed and updated at all times. They may be a small firm but they give 100% customer service and their rate is very competitive.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again should I need to in the future.

I honestly cannot praise this company enough, Lauren is one is the nicest friendliest people you will ever meet. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She made sure we had amazing photos of our house and advertised it so well. We had a constant flow of viewers and the house sold within a couple of weeks of it going up. I had the pleasure of working with Lauren recently who facilitated my house sale for me.
From the moment she walked through the door I knew I was in safe hands. Lauren could not have been more enthusiastic about the house that she was sure she would sell for me for the best price!
Lauren was professional, courteous and knowledge, ensuring all of my questions were answered and she was on hand day and night (even on a Sunday!) to help with any query I may have had.
Lauren provided feedback from viewings quickly and within a week, she sold the house for me.
As if Lauren wasn't fantastic enough at selling my house, I also then viewed a property CW had for sale and Lauren (despite it not being her vendor), met me to show me around knowing the position I was in. She did a great job of answering all my queries about the property and I loved it so much I offered on it there and then.
My offer has since been accepted and Lauren was the first person to congratulate me on the purchase of my new home.
I honestly cannot say anything but good things about Lauren. Sometimes these things can feel like a business transaction, just going through the motions to get to the end result. With Lauren, it felt like I had a friend supporting me with what has been at times, an emotional situation personally. They say selling and buying houses is one of the most stressful things you can do, but with Lauren it has been nothing but an enjoyable experience. Lauren, thank you for everything you've done for me. I will be sure to recommend you to EVERYONE!

CW Estate Agents in Winsford have exceeded my expectations they were very warm friendly and helpful. Moving house is a stressful experience, and when I needed some kind of positive on my stressful day of moving this family run business stepped in and helped me beyond what I would expect.
On my day of moving they ran keys to my old house I had just sold.
My father's car had several items that we had loaded to take with me, unfortunately for me his car chose to break down.
And so not only did the estate agent run keys to my old home he then ran me to my new home.
And then handed me a large goodie bag with everything you could possibly need, cleaning products, toilet rolls, and teabags coffee and even a bottle of cava and shortbread biscuits.
Talk about go the extra mile it's a pity there not all like this.
Fully recommend these CW estates if you want to reduce some of your stress while moving home.

Me and my partner initially come across a property for sale on Rightmove and instantly fell in love with it. The only problem is that we hadn’t even put our property on the market. After calling CW Estate Agents to see if we could view the property we’d seen and explaining current situation, they encouraged us to still take a look. If it was something we’d like to progress with, they’d help get our house on the market. Within a week after the viewing, our house was live for sale on the market picking up viewings straight away. Fast forward a few months later and we are now in that property we instantly fell in love with and also, had sold our old property with the help of Nicola, Tom & the team. It can be a stressful time selling/buying a property but CW Estate Agents made it almost stress free with the small things such as, always being able to pick up the phone and communicate (sometimes even during late hours!), instant feedback on viewings from the property we were selling and constant updates on where things were up to with the sales. CW Estate Agents helped me sell my home recently and I cannot praise them enough. I first had Butters John Bee in Winsford to provide me with a valuation and I was not that impressed with what they came up with. I also found the fixed fee that they wanted to charge very expensive!!
So I contacted CW Estate agents who sent Tom around within 1hr of phoning to give me a valuation. I was very surprised to hear that Tom valued my Property at £20,000 + more than BJB had and were over £1000 cheaper with their fees!!
Obviously I chose CW to sell my home over BJB.
Tom and his team quickly got the house on the market and sold it within 3 days! And for £23,000 more than BJB's valuation.
If CARLSBERG did estate agents it would be CW estate agents.
