Very poor customer service, not at all reliable. Being a first time buyer we had many concerns and quires. They didnt even try to understand that.Evenafter realising and visualising seroius issues on a property tried to push for sale .
Kate was the one who atleast was approachable .
Received very arrogant attitude from other staff.
Would not recommend for buyers,especially first time buyers.

I left good feed back 5 years ago but not so now , the two chaps who use to run the show was great but trying to deal with a newer person Courtney is a waste of time , ok when taking the money but when it comes to call backs and emails she’s usless , it’s all about the money , could not recommend this company these days I’m afraid……sorry !

I would have no hesitation in recommending CWB, they sold our house within a week but most importantly they were open and transparent with everything. Their avenues of communication are first class and always kept me up to date with what was going on.
Ashley and Kate are easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Sometimes estate agents have a bad reputation occasionally this is justified. However, I can honestly say this doesn’t ring true of the service I have received by this company. Going by my experience, I would happily use them again. Although, I have to say I really don’t want it to be for a very, very long time :)

My mother, Sheila, who is in her eighties recently sold her house and purchased a new property, both with CWB. The service she received was outstanding, especially from Kate and Ashley.
As I don't live in the UK I was not able to help much and she was very nervous about the whole process. But right from the start Kate and Ashley looked after her.
She found a bungalow with them but unfortunately the seller then decided not to move. Mum was worried about losing her buyer and out of panic was ready to buy a house but Ashley and Kate knew the stairs would be a problem for her and went out of their way to find a bungalow that was not yet listed on the market.
The after sales service she received was incredible. Not being computer literate they helped her with everything; liaising with the lawyer on her behalf and making sure she could cope with the paperwork. She really would have struggled without them.
She has just moved into her new bungalow and could not be happier - and it is all thanks to Ashley and Kate.
Both Mum and I are very grateful for the excellent service she has received.

This was the worst experience ever!
I don't even know where to start...
So, I'll just try to tell the story as it happened. I called and a lady, called Annita, gave me an appointment for that same Saturday.
Soon after, I get the email about the viewing with the wrong date and time. The date was the same day of when the call happened and the time too. So I thought that
there must've been a mistake but since on the email there was "the Covid 19 card" of the rules to follow saying that you had to confirm that you didn't have the virus nor any symptoms of course.
I took the occasion to reply and say that the date and time was wrong and that as we discussed I would've showed up on Saturday at the agreed time.
Nobody replied not even to say something like: "yes there was a mistake or whatever..."
Anyhow, I didn't care too much about that at the time but, when I got there on the day of the viewing nobody was around.
So I called. This lady goes on saying non sense about the fact that I didn't have an appointment, when I said that I had the confirmation email with wrong time and day,
she goes like: "ah yes, I found you, but it was next Saturday." This was clearly a lie to justify the fact that she couldn't do her job at all. Not even the simplest task.
Anyway, she says that her colleague was in the house as we were speaking and that soon he would've been with me.
I finally had my viewing with a guy that didn't know nothing at all. He kept saying "I don't know" to all my questions, even the most basic ones, he didn't even have the key for the balcony which was the best feature in the house.
In the end, the house was beautiful but we had to say that we would've thought about it just because we were shocked by the negligence of these people and didn't want to get involved with them.
Even though, in the end, I called the lady to say that we would've taken it and, since I was near by the agency, I could've come over to sign for the references and if necessary pay a deposit,
she then started being rude to me in a way that was so weird and unnecessary. She went like, "I'll send the form on Monday", like if I was an idiot... why would it take 2 days to send something that usually is sent straight away?
If you want a stress free process while moving, don't call them!

We’d had a few different agents round to value and we found that only CWB had a genuine knowledge of the area and decent valuation of our home. Others had a flat rate no matter the value which meant they really weren’t needing to try to get the best price. We went up for sale Friday afternoon and had 3 viewings the following day. Communication for viewings and feedback was fab and we had an agreed sale at asking price exactly 4 weeks after our advert went live!
After then the cwb team were fab at helping us liaise with our buyers and pushing along solicitors too.

I can’t even put into words the terrible service I recently received from this agency regarding a property I tried to rent. Even giving one star feels way too generous.
To start with I booked a viewing for a property in snodland and was one of the first to even view it as it had just been posted. The agent designated to show me around showed up late but I didn’t think much of it at the time. After the viewing I was interested and asked to go forward to secure the property in which I was carefully told the situation and procedure. I went ahead and paid the holding deposit and was told the property was secured and taken off the market and the application I had would then be processed. At this point I was happy I had everything sorted subject to just the referencing left. The property was still on every renting website but I assumed the viewings were all cancelled like I’d been told by multiple staff members. I was told they’d be in touch soon to finalise and days turned into weeks. I had called multiple times and lots of different excuses were given in to what was happening. It also seemed like certain staff members were trying to avoid talking to me in particular. After 2 weeks I receive a phone call from a completely new person I had never spoken to before explaining that someone else has taken the property instead which just couldn’t have been possible without lying to me multiple times about taking the property off the market.
To say I’m outraged is an under statement as I was given constant false hope and false information for weeks. Ashley and Warren in particular gave awful service and I can’t discourage anyone else enough to avoid this company if looking to rent. They haven’t heard the last of me just yet.

I have to say, most estate agents would probably give able the same service when it comes to marketing and viewings. The reason why I am so impressed with CWB and the personal support and service I received during the actual sale and all the difficulties and stress that can cause. A fantastic link and support from my buyers, to my seller and through to the solicitors which I believe sets them apart from the big Corp agents.

Wonderful. 5 stars certainly isn't enough. I have just purchased a property from Warren and the team at CWB and from the very beginning they were excellent. Warren has been outstanding, going out of his way to help me out with nothing being too much trouble. I have had Zoom calls with him during lockdown to help me with paperwork and I've asked endless questions via email and text and never once have I waited longer than half an hour for a response or been made to feel like I have asked a silly question. Mickey Mouse Outift, constantly ringing us for no apparent reason. Consistently providing misinformation to both sets of solicitors and generally making the whole process unbearable. We have gone so far as to block their number for the final stages as we cant bare to talk to them any more and our solicitors feel the same. Never known anything like it and can understand why people dont use estate agents anymore.

I've had CWB looking after my rental property for over a year now and I couldn't be any happier with them, Warren and his team are doing a brilliant job, I always like to support local businesses and was pleased to find a new letting agent in Snodland , since they started their share of the property market has increased, driving through the village you see more and more of their boards, just goes to show the effort that they put in is paying off .

My elderly father recently purchased a property through CWB and they were fantastic to deal with; professional, courteous and helpful; they took on board that I needed to handle as much of the stress of the sale as possible and went out of their way to accommodate us. Ashley, in particular, was a pleasure to deal with, and always returned calls and gave me an honest and accurate account of proceedings. One would assume this is the least one could expect in this situation but we sold our own property last year through Ward & Partners and our experience could not have been more different! Anyone considering selling a property in Snodland should call CWB immediately and, if tempted momentarily by Ward's 'sales pitch', realise that It is simply that, a 'pitch', with the purpose of securing your business. Once this is achieved you become inconsequential to them! We loved the fact that CWB take ownership of your sale/purchase, through to completion, rather than palming you off on a nebulous 'sales progressor'(who is anything but!) as is Ward's practice. Zoe in CWB handles queries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy, something severely lacking in our dealings with Ward and Partners.
