I've just bought my first house, and CWB were excellent. Always very helpful and responsive, right from the beginning (got me in for the viewing on the same day I made the request).<br><br>I was kept updated throughout the whole process, and Debbie was great at chasing both solicitors to keep everything moving, which was a big help as a first time buyer with no idea of the expected timescales.<br><br>If/when it comes time to move again, I'll definitely be coming back to CWB.

I have a bit of a personal vendetta against estate agents due to so many negative experiences. I bought a house through CWB, and they were so helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure everything's moving. I can't thank you guys enough for helping me buy my new home.<br><br>Highly recommended<br><br>Edit: Also sold my house with them, and still a great process from start to finish, you won't regret going with these guys
