I eventually started to deal with Emma from the branch. This was a pleasure. Emma did what she said she was going to do, with no flannel or sales pitch, by far the most honest and reliable person in the office .

As soon as I engaged with Darlows to sell my home it was on the market immediately after signing the contract, the viewings began and the responsibility was out of my hands as Darlows staff met and showed the viewers around my home while I could relax and get on with my work, I was informed on viewings and feedback throughout the sale, Jacqueline Morgan was exceptional kept me informed and directed me to contact my solicitor when needed. I would highly recommend Darlows to those looking to sell as they have all the knowledge to support on all matters relating to the sale of a house.

I have nothing but good things to say about Hollie. From the day we met at the valuation, I have felt that I can trust Hollie to market my property, carry out viewings responsibly and keep me updated with feedback and progress. Not only that, but she has made me feel as though she genuinely cares about my needs in terms of selling my property.

Went to 5 estate agents initially but chose to commission Darlows after a confident pitch from their lead agent. We doubted the valuation but were assured due diligence had been conducted, so we went with their expertise.
Within 2 weeks, the person we had been dealing with left and we were asked to reduce the price by £25k. Photographs were poor and we had to have a second set created.
For the 20 week period of the contract, we only had 1 viewing but the marketing report showed 2 as they counted the visit of the photographer being a visit.
The 1 viewing we had, the estate agent asked if the house was listed in front of the potential buyers, which showed à lack of market knowledge, which left us lacking any confidence moving forwards.
The 2nd person who acted as our contact has now left the branch and once our contract ends we’re looking to commission a new estate agent.
Overall, an extremely disappointing experience and sadly, we can’t recommend Darlows to anyone.
