Do not sell your house through Andrew’s. They will take your money to advertise your house and then make no attempts to sell it. Staff in sales do not pick up the phone (we rang multiple times over several days before complaining to another team). Furthermore having booked a viewing and arriving at the property, we were met with confused residents who had not had this booking confirmed. When checked, the member of staff “couldn’t recall” making this booking with us- in other words lied to cover his mistake. We were invited to a booking the next day, then phoned back 10 minutes later telling us the house was sold. This house is still advertised for sale. Totally confusing and unprofessional company. Rude staff who belittled us on the telephone when we were actively looking to purchase a property. We are really disappointed and upset- this was the first property we were due to view and it has put a huge downer on our experience.

Not sure if this company has gone bust. Had a viewing on Friday, spent ages trying to get hold of someone on Saturday to offer, no one at any local branch picked up the phone. Went in person and the office was shut despite being advertised as being open. Been trying for an hour on Monday to get through on the phone, even to head office, and no one picks up. Really weird. Do they want to sell houses?

Disappointed with the service I received from Andrew Property Group during the latter parts of my property sale. There was a lack of customer care, attention to detail, and communication. I had no communication or handover from Kalie and Justine’s departure and was repeatedly called the wrong name by staff. This lack of attention to detail reflects poorly on the professionalism and competence of your staff.<br><br>On the day before the scheduled exchange, I spent three hours attempting to reach someone for clarification and updates, only to be met with frustration and disappointment. My calls were often diverted to your contact centre who were very responsive at putting my calls through but with no luck, they would leave messages with staff members to respond but that wasn’t actioned. Even after reaching out to the manager of Longwell Green/Keynsham and leaving three messages requesting a call back, I received no response, which is simply unacceptable.<br><br>To add insult to injury, I did not receive a call from Emma upon completion of the sale, further demonstrating a lack of courtesy and appreciation for my business.

I had the pleasure of working with Josh Normington whilst securing a new mortgage for a property I was purchasing. This is the second time I have worked with Josh and it most definitely wont be the last! I have had to deal with mortgage lenders directly in the past and it was nothing but a nightmare! Having an advisor on hand to talk to, to be supported by and with the expertise and knowledge of the mortgage market was the saving grace to my sale and purchase.
