Absolute pleasure having dawsons sell my house. Alex and David are truly an asset to this estate agent and have worked extremely hard to get my property sold. They just wouldnt give up. I have nothing but good things to say about Dawsons.
After originally placing our property with a different estate agents, and having no serious offers after eight months and to be frank, it seemed as though they really couldnt be bothered, we decided a change was needed.
We contacted Dawsons, and almost immediately things felt different. A more professional, focused and dare I say interested team took over, and gave us what was probably a more realistic outlook.
Though there are other, cheaper estate agents in the area, the team at Dawsons were dedicated to ensure the property was sold as soon as possible. Even after our first buyer pulled out at the contract exchange stage, Dawsons went straight back to work and within a fortnight found another buyer for us.
We happily completed our sale very recently, and they seemed genuinely happy for us, as we heard from various departments who had been with us throughout the process (we received weekly updates throughout) congraulating us on achieving our goal.
Would definitely use again, worth every penny.

A daunting auction process was made straightforward and smooth thanks to the team at Dawsons auctions. They were professional and knowledgeable from first contact with nothing being too much trouble. Viewings were highly organised and efficient with useful feedback following each. Angel was a star, she understood the stresses and tried to make it as easy as possible, her excellent communication and professionalism kept the deal afloat when the buyer had problems. Angel provided daily communication, advice and support, even out of hours, which meant we got there in the end with an excellent result. She is a credit to the team. The teamwork and communication with our solicitors was also excellent. Angel and Harrison under the leadership of David really are 'The A Team!' I would highly recommend them.

I wanted to say a massive thank you for how brilliant Dave, Debbie, Zoe, Alex and the whole Dawsons team in general were with our house move.
It wasn't the smoothest of journeys - we lost our first buyer and then we needed an additional level-3 survey for our second buyer, but Dawsons were 3 steps ahead of the game the whole time and kept our stress levels as low as they could be! We lost our buyer on the Friday, and they'd sold our house again by the following Thursday - and achieved us £7k over asking!!!
It won't be for a *very* long time, but if/when we do move again, we will be going with Dawsons 100%!

I've just bought 2 houses in 2 weeks from Dawsons Auction Department in Swansea and i do this for a living, and purchase a fair amount of properties and they've stood out from the crowd. Shout out to David, Harrison (who's the best agent i've ever come across whilst showing me around the property prior to the purchase) and the one and only Angel! My wife and I sold our house with Dawsons this year (it went on the market in April 2024). The service from the whole of the Dawsons team was excellent from start to finish.
The valuation we received was consistent with what we expected and fair. Dawsons arranged around 3 viewings before it went to market and the day we had the For Sale sign go up was the day someone viewed and put an offer in.
Dawsons stayed in touch throughout the process responding quickly and keeping us updates with everything that was going on.
Because of how busy they are, it could sometimes be difficult to get through on the phone. However, if you left a message or emailed they would always respond quickly.
Without naming other estate agents, the house we purchased used a different estate agent and it was like night and day comparing between Dawsons and the other agent.
The price for the whole process was fine and worth it for the quality of the service.
Overall, thank you to everyone at Dawsons for all the work you did selling our home.

We recently had the pleasure of meeting David of the Swansea branch of Dawson’s. (Walter road).
David was one of the most professional agents we have dealt with, extremely knowledgable on the property we were viewing and surrounding area. He was able to answer all of our questions (and there were a lot!) and was not just patient but put us very much at ease, allowing us to view at our own pace. He ensured we were able to promptly have a second viewing - others at the branch were also very helpful, including Chloe who helped us negotiate on a property.
We would absolutely look to have David as the agent selling any future properties in this locality due to his professionalism, and hope that we will have future viewings with him.
We wanted to leave a review because he left such a good impression and deserves some recognition, as there is no doubt he is an asset to the agency.

My least favourite estate agents in Swansea. What do they honestly do to justify the fee? Don't always answer the phone, dont respond to emails. Why even bother taking me to viewings then? Ended up having offers accepted elsewhere before this lot were probably even out of bed.
There's other negative reviews criticizing their responsiveness and they still havn't got their act together. Hit them where it hurts and sell your home with an agents who actually wants to sell it.

They completed all the viewings and communicated feedback promptly. Had one issue where they left the blinds wide open at the property but when discussed were very apologetic for their mistake.
