I would highly recommend buying/selling with Dawsons and to be honest I wouldn't use anybody else. The staff especially Olivia are absolutely first class so helpful and kept me updated from the very start! By going with a reputable agent it takes the pressure off a bit as selling/buying can be very stressful but with Dawsons you know that you are having a great agent! Highly recommend!!!

The team at Dawsons were all friendly and very professional. Communication was clear and regular. My questions were answered quickly and the whole process of putting the house on the market, having viewings and follow up was handled very efficiently. Extremely disappointing response from the manager of Dawsons’ Sketty branch.<br><br>I contacted the branch because my friend’s rented property—managed by Dawsons—is approximately 30 seconds away and has a serious roof leak, with water now entering close to the electrics. The tenant cannot safely use the electricity or remain in her home.<br><br>I fully understand that this particular branch handles sales rather than rental maintenance. I did not expect the sales team to repair the roof. I did, however, expect a branch manager representing the same company to show some empathy, take the safety concern seriously and help secure an urgent internal response.<br><br>Instead, the reply focused almost entirely on distancing the branch from responsibility: I was told that it “deals solely with property sales” and that further correspondence should be directed elsewhere. The tone was curt and dismissive considering that a tenant had been forced to leave an unsafe property managed by Dawsons just seconds from the branch.<br><br>Passing an email to another department is the bare minimum. A serious potential electrical hazard deserved concern, ownership and an active escalation—not a corporate brush-off.<br><br>A company may divide itself into departments, but customers understandably see one Dawsons. The lack of empathy and urgency from the Sketty branch manager was appalling.

I would highly recommend buying/selling with Dawsons and to be honest I wouldn't use anybody else. Couldn’t be more grateful to Andrea and all the team at Dawsons, during the valuation Andrea arrived with a full put together info pack with no questions left unanswered. Easiest yes to go with Dawsons after all the other valuations I had with other estate agents left me feeling overwhelmed - it couldn’t have been an easier process. Accurate Valuation, house was up on the market a week later and sold within 4 working days of it going live. it’s been a breath of fresh air and so much easier than I thought . Thank you all so much x
