After more than two years with another estate agent and a sale falling through, I remarketed with CTF. I had 3 agents come to see my house and felt a great energy from the CTF agent which is why I opted to market with them. In 3 months I had more viewings than in 9 months with my previous agent. They listened to me and my feelings and experience with internet marketing. My house sold and completed within 3 months, whether due to timing or otherwise, but throughout I had great communication and feedback from the agent. In fact, my house sale completed only 2 weeks after the previous sale which fell through would have! Incredible letting agents especially for students, honest and reliable. They recently contacted myself and my former housemate to inform us we had credit on our account with them so they could give it back to us as we had long since moved out.
