They need to push for more viewings and stop making the sellers do the viewings themselves! I didn't feel we got know we're near enough viewings in the 5 months that our property was up for sale with them, ( 3 viewings in 5 months)? When asking for more progression to sell our property all we got was the same answer every time! Lower the price lower the price! Did they push the property? Or did they over value it. On the good side for us we bought in a second agent and within 12 days we had 2 viewings and sold our property.... Read more
