We were very pleased with Derbyshire Properties services in selling our home, from the moment of the first valuation to when we handed over the keys, they have been very professional, friendly and helpful. Every staff member we've come into contact with have been super lovely - Matt, Jason, Amy, Hollie - thank you! Even though the market was a little slow at the time, they made sure to always get feedback from viewings, ensure the ad was worded well and even came back a second time to get some drone pics to help sell. Once we had the photos taken and the house was live online with their help we managed to sell the house in just a couple of days.
