Closer to exchange and completion Nina was absolutely brilliant at keeping everything on track. It was great to have an approachable contact during the final stages of purchase. Nothing was too much for her. She constantly chased updates and made sure everything went smoothly.

Devenports is a 'no nonsense' Agency. There is a whole lot that sets them apart: Their presentation is way above average and communication is excellent. They are to the point, and make no false promises. Their expert team quietly drive the process every step of the way, smoothly passing it on from phase to phase . I'm currently buying a house through Devenports Twickenham. They have been super quick and response at every stage. From first booking the viewing, showing us round talking us through the local area and letting us explore the house in our own time, the offer process and now through to exchange with completion on track. Nina was particularly helpful at keeping the whole process moving at pace and keeping us, the sellers and both sets of solicitors on the same page which can be very tricky! I would highly recommend using their recommended services, we had unfortunately signed up to an out of area solicitor already which has been a bit restrictive, but Nina has been great at helping. We used Devenports to sell our property after having used another big chain estate agent earlier in the year. We should have signed up with Devenports sooner as the quality of the service they offered was so much higher and they secured us multiple offers in only a couple of weeks. The level of communication was very high and they were upfront and honest about the best selling strategy which was refreshing. Special thanks to Danielle, Chelsea and Aaron for this.
Once we secured a buyer they also helped us throughout the process to exchange making sure there were no delays. A special thanks to Nina who worked very hard to make sure there was no delay to us exchanging before Christmas when a last minute issue came up. I would also highly recommend the legal team they advised to use.
I wouldn’t use any other estate agents now but Devenports to sell a future property.

Devenports are incredible. They were showing my house to people before the pictures were taken. Even when the first sale fell through, they sold it again within 48 hours. Devenports are really pro-active. They actually want to sell the house for you. They don’t just shove it on the internet and wait for people to show up. Communication is great throughout. They go out of their way to contact prospective buyers, really looked after me as a seller and even gave advice on the house I was buying that had nothing to do with them!
Can’t recommend them highly enough. Wish they were a national company. Wouldn’t use or recommend anyone else.

If ever you needed a really good reason to buy a property through an estate agent, this firm and particularly Nina Gallagher is that good reason.
During the purchase process, Nina was incredibly helpful as a liaison between myself and the vendor, making sure the lawyers stayed on the case. As a result, we had a smooth transaction through to completion, and it wasn’t always easy.
But here is the big surprise, post completion and after moving in Nina has been a continued support when I’ve needed information and help settling into a new area.

I must admit before dealing with Devonports I had a sceptical view of shiny suited estate agents. That all changed very quickly. Arron won us over with his enthusiasm but we were nervous, should we have gone with the established chains? They found us a buyer within a week - incredible, at just over asking price. From then Nina took over and she was nothing short of amazing. Every time I called she picked up straight away or called me back within minutes. I had constant updates all the way through. she gave me good advice along the way, we felt in such safe hands. It was about a month and a half from offer to completion, amazing.
I haven't experienced service like this for as long as I can remember. I never do reviews but these guys deserve it. They did exactly what they promised and better than I expected. Thank you Devonports!
