All the staff there have been very helpful and accommodating whenever we've had questions or issues and we have never experienced anything other than a comfortable and respectful, professional relationship with this agent.
Maintenance deficiencies are remedied in good time, and contractors with a suitable level of training, means and experience are found quickly when required.

Duncan Yeardley has been fantastic to me over the last few years as a tenant. Understanding and accommodating, quick to respond, and generally wonderful to rent through. After having previous landlords and letting agencies that were nightmares to communicate with, it has been a breath of fresh air for me to work with these folks (in particular Michelle who has gone to endless lengths in pursuit of good solutions for all involved). Would rate at 6 if I could!
