From start to finish the whole team were fabulous, nothing was too much trouble and they regularly kept us and our buyers updated throughout. Need to give a shout out to Tom who helped progress our sale. It got very tense towards the end with lots of moving parts but he was truly fantastic and went above and beyond to chase solicitors/estate agents and get us over the finish line. Thanks so much Tom and team!

Tenants beware!<br>Make sure you take photos before you leave your rented accommodations to protect yourselves. These agents are trying to take 1/3 of my sons and his partners deposit claiming it needed a deep clean My son and his partner left it immaculate and it was cleaner than when ther arrived. Myself and my husband also spent a good two hours helping them (I'm a nurse so have high standards) £500 to clean an immaculate 1 bedroom flat? Something smells dirty and it wasn't the flat.<br>Please protect yourselves.

I've been so impressed by Sears. Lydia, Poppy and the rest of the team have been helpful, reassuring and easily contactable during our whole experience with them. Our flat sold with Sears and we ended up buying a house listed with Sears - the whole process was seamless. We can't recommend them highly enough, especially after we've had some more negative experiences with other estate agents in Wokingham. Thank you so much for all your help in finding us our home!

I’ve been a tenant Duncan Yardley for over two years and have never experienced one problem or issue they are a excellent team<br><br>I have regulate out with a lady called Jan on any issues or concerns and she has always been professional polite and very helpful. She is a credit to the company alongside all the team.<br>That work there in there branches
