Fantastic service from start to finish have used durrants several times and would not use any one else 5 wymering road is a super house to use as a base the only person who moaned was my don because there was no WiFi but after 24 hours he was playing game and interacting with the family again absolutely perfect family holiday superb... Avoid. Lots of good sales talk with seemingly pleasant agents, but zero delivery. As a property owner, it was Very muddled approach to onboarding a property, with demands that changed with the breeze. Felt like no clear process.... Read more

Soooooo rude, I wanted to book a short stay no wonder places I have stayed before have taken there properties off with them. The staff used to be really friendly wow it’s changed. Holiday accommodation brilliant.trying to get your deposit back is a nightmare.This is the second year my daughter as used this company.last year she had to email and phone before they returned her deposit.This year we left 18th April it is now may 22 and after unanswered e mails and several phone calls money as still not been returned.so be warned....
