They think an awful lot of themselves but had no idea how to sell my mothers house. They post everything everywhere and hope for the best. Quite literally walked in with my mum one day and they had no idea who she was. Please, please don't use.

Roberta and the team at Durrants went above and beyond to keep us updated and also to offer advice during our recent house move. As we had never moved home before we felt we were complete novices and to feel like nothing was too much trouble made all the difference. Thank you for helping us through what could be a daunting experience...
And also for finding us our new home which feels like 'it's meant to be'

Exemplary. My recent experience is in respect of being a prospective tenant, and then becoming a tenant, where the management then moved to directly dealing with the Landlord. I dealt with Ellie, the lettings area manager who is excellent, so helpful and professional, and truly went above and beyond, and some of the team at Beccles were superb too, as that was easiest and closest to us to get too for some expert assistance in regard to a couple of important bits such as seeing original ID, and getting some paperwork, copied, scanned and e-mailed over to Ellie. Wonderful.

We have been coming to Suffolk and the southwold area for years...but stayed in our campervan...but for different reasons we wanted to stay in a cottage and within easy access to southwold town...durrants was so helpful from start to finish of our stay....just at the other end of the phone and office in town also if you needed anything...and lovely friendly staff....thank you ????

Very brutal landlord agents, do not respond to issues, do not take inventory of worn out items that need replacing, do not show any concern for living standards of there tenants.
Durrants =Tyrants.
