I have a property in Scotland and the neighbouring property is a client of Edmunds. After some information from a neighbour about the client and Edmunds being the agent we contacted Ivan at the branch and explained the serious nature of the issue and under GDPR he could not give any details but note our request and pass on the details which was great in itself. The owners got in contact who are now on the other side of the world. Ivan and Edmunds have been outstanding in this situation where they have helped save lives and disorder by making the owner aware.
