I had the worst experience while viewing a rental property in Harrow. After driving for 1 hr 45 mins, I met Ray Gohil who did not have even 2 mins to show me the property properly.
The property was completely different than what was shown in the pictures and was in a bad condition. When I asked him will the paint be re done? Rather than answering me he opened the door for me and said I have more viewings and “looks like” you are not interested.
Haven’t met a more rude agent than him ever. He shouted at me and was super rude. It was a nightmare speaking to him.

Out of nowhere I chose Ellis & Co Kenton,whilst being in the area to provide a valuation for the sale of my property. They always say “first impression's”count. I can’t thank Carl & Viren enough for their entire professionalism and patience. Although the sale went through pretty rapidly -May 23 my solicitor “dragged her heels” which meant completion took 9 months and would have been longer if Carl and Viren had not intervened to help expedite the necessary documents, which I had no control over.
I have now moved out of the area, but I would not hesitate to choose them again if they covered the other side of the world!
Thank you Carl and Viren, keep up the good work you have been brilliant!
