I can not fault Ellis and Co. From my initial viewing with Ayesha and maintenance queries with Khalid through to the day to day management of the property with Maria I felt they looked after both their client and me as a tenant. Big shout to Maria as she's super responsive and things are often fixed next day if not same day. Should I ever move back to the Golders Green area I won't try another estate agent, Maria's the best

? Avoid — recurring leak left unresolved for months<br><br>We are a landlord whose flat sits below a property managed by this agent. Water has repeatedly leaked from the flat above into ours, damaging our ceiling and floor — most recently right after we completed a full refurbishment.<br><br>This has been reported on numerous occasions. Each time we were told it was fixed, and each time the leak returned, which tells us it has never been properly repaired. We are also concerned about the living conditions of the tenants in the flat above.<br><br>Our dealings with Jebin Raja on this matter have been disappointing — reports have not led to a lasting fix, and the lack of follow-through has been frustrating to deal with. We have now escalated to the Property Ombudsman and the local council.<br><br>If you’re considering this agent, we’d urge caution based on our experience.

I had a great experience with Ellis & Co Tottenham when selling my flat. The team was professional, efficient, and proactive throughout the entire process. At one stage, it looked as though the completion date might be delayed, but they worked diligently behind the scenes to keep everything on track and ensure the sale was completed on time.
A special thank you to Noora and Farhan, who were always available to help with any questions or concerns. Their responsiveness, support, and commitment made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.
I would highly recommend Ellis & Co Tottenham to anyone looking to sell their property.

We stayed in an Ellis and Co property for 3 years and liaised mainly with Adam. He was super helpful with all of our needs during our time there and always went above and beyond if we had an issues or questions. When I am property searching again I will certainly contact Adam to help with my search.

Sales Manager Paul was consistently helpful and proactive in getting the sale of a family property over the line in not straightforward circumstances. He always kept in touch and promptly returned calls and messages. After recently ending a tenancy of almost 15 years, we wanted to take the opportunity to thank Ellis & Co and, in particular, Belinda, Khalid and Niki for their professionalism, support and guidance throughout the years.
Fifteen years is a long time to rent a property, and during that time we treated the house as if it were our own home. We took great pride in looking after it, maintaining it carefully and, in our view, returned it in a significantly better condition than when we first moved in. Like any long-term tenancy, there were naturally maintenance matters and property issues that arose over the years, some of which we felt could have benefitted from more proactive attention and investment.
What stood out throughout was the support provided by Ellis. The team consistently acted professionally, responded promptly and always tried to find practical and fair solutions.
A special thank you to Belinda, who worked incredibly hard to guide all parties through what at times became a challenging and sensitive end-of-tenancy process. Her patience, professionalism and willingness to mediate fairly were greatly appreciated. Khalid and Niki were also always approachable, knowledgeable and helpful whenever advice or assistance was needed.
One of the things we valued most was the distinction between the service provided by the agency and the differing expectations that can sometimes arise between landlords and long-term tenants. Ellis always approached matters with professionalism and fairness, helping to navigate situations that were not always straightforward.
Moving after 15 years was an emotional experience for us, but we are grateful to have had an agency that genuinely cared and supported us throughout the journey.
We would not hesitate to recommend Ellis & Co and would happily work with them again in the future.
