This is going to an easy review! Here goes....Paul came to my house a good few years ago when I needed a valuation for my divorce settlement. I had a long divorce process, but I felt confident knowing when the time was right, Paul would be the best agent to sell my house. I liked the way he built rapport quickly and he had extensive knowledge of the house and area. During that time Paul and Humzah sold my Mum's house aswell and she was extremely impressed with their commitment to her and how thorough they were through the process. Fast forward and Paul and Humzah have their business together, Green Lane Residential. I would have never gone elsewhere to sell my property, as I knew what to expect! Paul came round again, we had a good conversation about my expectations and I was very happy to have an open day to get lots of interest on the property. I also preferred one day of viewings as opposed to lots of different viewings on different days. The days was extremely successful, Paul and Humzah stayed at the property; one upstairs and one downstairs showing everyone around. I felt confident the house was being looked after and I was kept updated once the long list of viewings had taken place. Paul and Humzah got to work over the weekend ensuring they got all the information relating to who the best buyer was and who had the funds and mortgage in place. I was super impressed and went with their recommendation for the buyer. The solicitors that both myself and my buyer used were also recommended by Paul and Humzah. This was the best decision I made because Humzah was able to keep me updated throughout the process and he kept the momentum going. There were very few delays and from sale to purchase and I exchanged and completed in 13 weeks. The delay I encountered was taking the charge off my property which was out of their hands, but the solicitor Hannah was amazing. She is so hard working and I would recommend her all day long! She kept me updated and was super efficient. I am now in my new home and I am very grateful to Paul and Humzah. Thank you for all your hard work of getting me to the end! I speak so highly of you both, in fact, I am so pleased you have now sold my friend's house and my daughter's friend's house! I cannot recommend Green Lane Residential enough. 12 months of trying to sell our house with Balgores we encountered problem after problem. Well what can I say about @ Green Lane Residential ...... One word sums Paul up .... Superman! I'm sure he secretly undresses in a phone box lol The man simply is outstanding ...... acting as the selling agent on the property we were buying he ended up doing more work than our so called solicitors! It was tight to get the chain through before the stamp duty ended but with all the ringing round and chasing up that Paul did everyone managed to move in on 25th June :) I couldnt recommend Paul enough so if you want someone professional with a can do attitude and never say die outlook along with problem solving skills the @ Green Lane Residential is the agent for you! Paul is the best estate agent I’ve ever had the pleasure to sell a house through, he’s tenacious, persistent and always sees a deal through to the end. On one of my sales he was chasing every solicitor in the chain when all the other agents involved were silent, that like all the other sales, completed as planned which if you’ve ever been in a big chain you will know is no easy feat.
