We being first time buyer’s have been very anxious throughout knowing about many other’s experiences, Dan made it absolute top notch experience for us newbies from the day we have viewed this house as an extra one in last minute!
I have bombarded him with rails of questions. He has been so kind to even reply late or even weekends.
The way he kept an eye on the whole process (not many would do so.), single handedly ensured a pleasant and timely exchange.
The house he finally presented to us is in beautiful condition, just as new home should feel like.
We can’t even imagine this process without Dan’s efforts.

Dan Stevens of Ewemove is an estate agent par excellence. Yes ???? he sold our house in a short space of time after previous agents had had it unsold for quite a few months and obtained numerous viewers - but there was something more. What should have been one of life’s most stressful experiences was made effortless. Dan has an innate calm and gentle personality and manages to anticipate possible legal delays and prevent them - transferring things like installation certs for wood burners and even obtaining building regs records before solicitor requested the same.
Nothing was too much trouble - even negotiating and resolving problems post offer. On the day of the move, Dan arrived bang on time to greet our buyers and let them in but before he did so, he offered to drop me and multiple bags at my new property so as to save on a taxi ???? If that was not enough, buyers were met with Ewemove flowers and cards and he also dropped off cards and parcels that had been inadvertently dropped off at old address post sale. This guy and Ewemove ( together with the solicitor they recommended) are truly off the scale in terms of superb service!

After dealing with many Estate Agents over the past 2years, Dan at EweMove was a breath of fresh air and changed my impressions of Estate agents. Dan is extremely driven, unlike other Estate agents. What really impressed me was you can get hold of Dan pretty much 24-7 again unlike other Estate agents. I am a professional who is extremely busy and working long hours so difficult to take calls throughout the day but with Dan he will email and call you evenings and weekends which is exceptional and no others do this! Dan is very responsive and clearly has a passion to help and make a stressful time easier. I can’t tell you how many times I have been let down not replied to or ignored by other agents, it’s quite shocking! I would highly recommend Dan as I was so happy with his enthusiasm and passion for his work! I wish him all the very best!
