Phil was referred to me by a family member who had used him, and I can honestly say that he was first class. My house went up for sale on the Friday and was sold on the Monday!
He just knows how to market properties, and he constantly kept in touch, from the initial meeting all the way through the process.
The listing of the house and photos were amazing.
If you are looking to sell your house, then look no further. He really is the best estate agent that I have ever used. The ones that I had used previously were nowhere near as hands on as Phil.

Im am writing this review as my personsl account of my experience of working with Phil Waller - he has changed my view of how you can have a positive experience with an agent selling your house!
-He returned my initial call promptly, when others took 2 days
-He met us in our timescales and offered us various options
-He gave us a step by step guide book free
-He actually ‘sold’ the house to potential buyers rather than standing by the door with little or no interest like others do
- He kept us up to speed at EVERY step of the process
-He facilitated a few difficult queries very well
-We had geographical issues and he was always happy to step in

We had been looking at houses for what seemed like forever, and it just seemed to be a constant stream of hollow promises and a lack of enthusiasm! Just getting a call back was a nightmare!!
So when we found our soon to be new home for sale with Phil, we didn’t have high expectations, if truth be told.
But it gives me great pleasure to admit that I was wrong. We’ve found an estate agent that calls back when he says he will. Phil does what he says he’s going to do!!

I have to say that, after having engaged with another estate agent before Phillip and EweMove, we were not looking forward to repeating the process. However, from the moment Phillip arrived to help, getting the property on the market was incredibly easy. Phillip was efficient and attentive, with a level of communication that is unmatched in this industry. The marketing and promotion provided by EweMove was truly amazing and refreshing.
When we finally accepted an offer, Phillip was there to assist us with everything, as usual. I must admit that the journey from sale to completion was not the easiest; there were many issues along the way, primarily created by the solicitors involved, which left us feeling overwhelmed by the demands and delays they caused.
We reached out to Phillip and asked him to intervene, and from the moment he got involved, things began to move more smoothly. Without Phillip's experience, patience, and excellent communication skills, I don’t think we would have navigated the process successfully.
A big thank you to EweMove and especially to Phillip. We would recommend them and Phillip to anyone who is looking for an outstanding estate agent.

Phillip is incredible at what he does! After my home being on the market with a different estate agent for months and months I decided to take it down to find the correct one, upon research I came across Phillip at EweMove! From start to finish nothing was ever to much hassle, I was kept in the loop at all times regarding viewings and how they had gone. My house sold within a month, if that and I couldn’t have been more thankful! Phillip then went above and beyond ensuring I knew the stages of where the property was at, chased solicitors constantly (when needed) and answered any questions or helped with whatever I needed. Due to my working hours, he was always on hand with replies to ensure I got the correct information!

Phil is fantastic. I met Phil while I had my house listed with another agent. He was showing me round another property. He was kind, caring, and offered to share my property advert (which he did!). It was more than the other agent did!! They did no marketing or advertising of the property, and just happened to get interested when I gave notice at 6 months of no viewings.
Phil on the other hand!! His customer service skills are brilliant - his marketing works and within no time I had sold the house to a cash buyer. He kept in touch with me and went the extra mile. If I ever sell another house, it will be through Phil.

I recently instructed Phil at Ewe Move to sell my house in Killamarsh. I don’t normally take the trouble to write reviews but due to the exceptional service I’ve received I wanted to share my experience.
I rent property for a living and therefore have used many estate agents over the last 15 years.
Right from the off Phil impressed me with his knowledge, marketing ideas and his easy going and likeable personality. The fee to sell with Ewe Move was not the cheapest of the quotes I received but I wanted to go with the company that I felt would give me the best opportunity to sell my house for the highest possible price. His No Sale No Fee marketing approach filled my with confidence that he was backing himself to get a good result for me.
After instructing Ewe Move, 2 days later the photography was arranged and my house was on the internet together with 3d floor plans and virtual walk through. All of this was included within the fee in addition to assisted viewing by Phil himself.
Throughout the sale process Phil was quick to respond to messages via the what’s app group he set up with me and my wife, even on evenings and weekend. I have never had this level of attention from an estate agent.
The sale progressed smoothly and throughout the entire process Phil was the only person I spoke too. No trainee office staff, waiting for call back etc…I had the direct line to the business owner.
I am now happily settled into my new home and even enjoyed some very thoughtful gifts from Ewe Move after completion.
What I’ve learned is you get what you pay for with estate agents. If you want a comprehensive service by an industry professional I would not hesitate to recommend Phil at Ewe Move.

Phil Waller at EweMove Dronfield and Balborough is an incredible chap. We met Phil when we wanted advice on selling our flat and then went on to sell our home through EweMove. Our experience of estate agents in the past has generally been a disappointing one - they have come across as slick (in a not especially good way), not especially pro-active and relatively disinterested. We kind of tolerate or accept this because we think that 'they are all the same'.
Categorically, Phil is not like this. He took a personal interest in us as a couple, was eager to discuss what we wanted to achieve with the sale of our house and when we were undecided about what price to put our house on the market for, it was Phil who pushed us to go for the higher figure - 'because the house is worth it'
The whole experience was professional - the guy who took the photos was brilliant - again, Phil was present to ensure that the photos were ideal plus he produced an excellent walk through video.
The house went on the market on Wednesday, we had a number of viewings next day, with more scheduled for the Friday and Saturday. The house was sold on the Friday for £5,000 more than the offers above price.
We completed last Friday, eight weeks later. Through this time, Phil has kept on top of events liaising with solicitors and purchasers.
While the sale was going through, I ended up in hospital for a significant operation. Phil regularly messaged me to check up on me and see how I was doing. This is above and beyond anything that I have experienced from an estate agent - ever!
In summary, Phil is industrious, pro-active, clearly loves his job and is an absolutely lovely human being.

This agent Phill Waller was fantastic from the first second we met him walking through our gate, he was the fifth agent to visit and the only one to shake hands with a great big smile, my wife was smitten.

I run a surveying practice and had the pleasure of working with Phil this week. As a surveying firm we sometimes clash with estate agents as we have the potential to cause a sale to fall through (unintentionally) but Phils service was excellent. Arrived on time, walked me round the property and explained the history of it, left me to it and then returned on time and was very knowledgable. If Phil can have that level of service for someone who could potential cost his company money, I can only imagine how well he treats his customers. 12week turn around from start to finish. My partner and i were both so nervous about putting our first rental property up for sale, but Phillip put us at ease and succeeded above and beyond.
