This was helped by Jonathan D from Ewe move. He helped the process feel very smooth. He always offered to help in anyway he could and gave us useful information on the journey and what to expect. From start to finish with solicitors it felt stressful but never with Jonathan. He went above and beyond your regular “customer service”.
The little gesture at the end when we got the keys was a nice finish touch with a photo got the memories we are about to begin!

We first put our house on the market back in May 2024 with Burns & Reid. After two fall-throughs, two price reductions, constant chasing on our part, and almost a full year on the market with no real progress, I finally said enough was enough.
I began searching for a new agent and came across GetAgent, which pulled up six top-reviewed estate agents in the St Helens area. I actually laughed when I saw Burns & Reid listed among them! I contacted three agents on a Saturday morning, expecting to hear back on Monday — but within just a couple of hours, I received a call from Chantelle at EweMove.
From the very first conversation, Chantelle filled me with confidence, excitement, and a peace of mind I hadn’t felt in a long time. She was the complete opposite of the typical estate agent who takes your money and does nothing. She was a breath of fresh air from start to finish.
Within just one week of putting the house back on the market, she had it sold — to a no-chain buyer, no less. Throughout the entire process she kept in regular contact, made sure everything ran smoothly, and kept us fully updated — something we absolutely didn’t get from Burns & Reid.
I can honestly say Chantelle is worth her weight in gold. She has gone above and beyond to make this sale as smooth as possible and has been incredibly attentive. Charging only a 1% fee feels like a discredit to the amount of work, effort, and care she puts in.

We can't thank claire enough for her expertise, help and support throughout the sale of our house. We originally spoke to claire when we enquired about a house that was on the market with EweMove that we was interested in, our house wasnt even on the market at this point. Claire was so passionate about the house we was looking at, knew so much about the area and was actually interested in us as a family and what we was looking for in our ideal home. This was so refreshing to us as buyers looking for our next home that she had shown so much interest even at this early stage! We went on to book her in to value our home and give her professional opinions.
When claire came to see our house for the first time she was open, honest and gave a very fair price based on the current market, she advised that she would conduct every viewing we had, was available via WhatsApp whenever we needed her and she even put us in touch with a interior designer to help with the positioning of furniture to get the most out our professional photos which was all part of the service of EweMove which again was so refreshing to here because so many other companies had tried to charge extra!
Claire was true to her word, on hand whenever we needed her via WhatsApp and she conducted every viewing we had.
Once our home sold the highly professional service from claire continued, she advised us, helped us and even went above and beyond when our buyers solicitors wasnt being very forthcoming or truthful. Even when Claire went on holiday she left us in the good hands of John who again went above and beyond to help and guide us as our house was due to complete. From start to finish we can't thank claire enough for what she has done for us, we will be forever greatful for her help and expertise throughout our sale. We can't recommend Claire and EweMove highly enough!

During the first visit Claire provided a valuation that was well researched, as well as providing some very useful advice that helped me showcase the house at it’s best once on the market. From the very beginning she was super efficient and was always on the other end of the phone if needed, we even chose our Solicitors from Claire’s recommendations also. We were first time buyers with our first baby on the way and nothing was too big of an issue for the team at Ewe Move.
Claire was constantly chasing to make sure the process was going as smoothly as possible with the solicitors and 4 months after initially meeting - we had our keys!!
