Very rude and unhelpful. Appalling customer service received from Chandra.. Every time I was talking she would talk over me and not allow me to speak. I would NOT recommend this business.

During my time with Falcon, Chandra was horrible to deal with. Dealt with lots of mould and damp and she blamed us the tenants, maybe give the properties in a good condition.

KOOS OMKOM !!!!!!CHANDRA and family, LISTEN UP you scummy people. IF I CAN LEAVE A 0 star I would have. These people are horrible and have no morals, they have treated me and my family like garbage especially Chandra would does respect us and gives us the worst treatment. The property is mouldy and damp since we moved in, they said they will fix these issues a month after we moved in to the flat in Wembley but 2 years later it has gone worse and nothing has been fixed, Infact they evicted us and have not given us our deposit back. Chandra the owner of Falcon has to be taken to court. I wonder how many people she has done this to. VERY VERY VERY rude, I hope god humbles this old lady.

Damp, mould, used garden for their own storage until years of asking them to get rid of it. didn’t replace mould but instead, added a plastic panel over the whole ceiling, which then resulted in more water build up and ruining the electrics in the house.

Had a viewing with hitu near Wembley park in February, and we gave confirmation as we were interested and wanted to move in that property. Me and my sister tried to call him, emailed him, even we contacted falcon agency as well but never heard back from him and from agency people as well, I think they are fake, responsible people/ agency. If that property is gone men email/inform a client that property is no longer available but they didn’t done that as well.Most irresponsible agency I have ever seen

First of all, I advise against it, I moved out of the apartment, I gave back the keys, and after giving notice, the lanlord told me to throw the keys through the office door in the evening. That's what I did, now I have problems and I have to pay the Cansil costs because the agency reported that I lived there until the last day, the apartment was nice for 1 month later, the walls started to turn black, terrible damp, and at the end I had to ask for the deposit which I got instead of £ 1300, it was £ 560, the contract was like this that I would give back the key sooner and someone would move in, unfortunately I was cheated, I really should avoid it at all costs, it's better to sleep in a tent!

Awful service, definitely do not recommend. You'd be wasting your money by getting them to manage your property and they'll happily take your money and not provide even a most basic service. Both Chandra and her son have no customer service skills. There are many more reliable property managing agents in the area that are worth going to instead. Falcon are here to make money off their clients and nothing else. Poor service! Shame on them for running a business like this.
