We recently sold our flat through Andrews Kingsbury and could not be happier with the service. From our first meeting, Benga was professional, honest and easy to talk to. He kept us informed at every stage of the sale and always replied quickly to our questions. Moving house is stressful and there were a few difficult issues which arose. Benga was very calm and helpful when things got tricky and we can't thank him enough for getting our sale over the line. Highly recommend.

Disappointing experience, considering over 20 viewings for our property and not one offer. The agents were not prepared with any information when showing the property. Property listed not my own - my mother, elderly and needed assistance. They did a great sales pitch for when we comparing other agents.
THEY CANNOT DELIVER, INEXPERIENCED TEAM

When my property manager is away or in case of an emergency, it’s always Monica who helps resolve the issues. Recently, thanks to her again, she sent a workman and an issue was resolved very quickly. Whenever Monica handles something, I feel a great sense of reassurance.
What’s great about her is also she promptly calls to update me on the arrangements and progress. Andrews Kingsbury provided a very professional and friendly service. I mainly dealt with Benga and Duane who were extremely helpful throughout the process of selling my leasehold flat. They were easily contactable and would answer any questions that I had. Selling a property is a very stressful experience so I was extremely grateful to have Benga and Duane help guide me through the process as well as co-ordinating with the buyer and conveyancers. I have recommended them to many people that are also looking to sell their properties.

I used Andrews Kingsbury services to buy a property at Cowbridge Rd Kingsbury more than 30 years ago. That's why I returned recently when I needed help with another property transaction. I found both Samita and Tara first class and the support team are brilliant. Further the business is run as a Charitable Trust. That's probably a reason the business has an embedded external social mindset. Check them out I think you'll be impressed.

Monday, 17th June 2024
So I am back again to provide an updated review on my experience with the Andrews Estate Agents Team. The words: Awesome, Grateful, Professional and Value For Money, are just some of the words that come to mind. I originally purchased the property I recently rented, then sold through Andrews back in 1997. They have done a great job in helping me sell the property without ending up with a difficult situation with my tenants who had to move out. They facilitated the the sale with compassion and professionalism. I have been in absolutely safe hands from beginning to end. Again, my since thanks to Sumita Jolly and Salim. Sumita has been particularly amazing to deal with. I felt completely safe in her hands. Andrews Estate Agents, Kingsbury NW9 are an amazing team. I recommend them without reservation. Thanks guys????????????

========================
My 2023 review is below.

I recently used the services of Andrews (Kingsbury branch) to get tenants for my property. I chose Andrews because of the sense of comfort and professionalism I got dealing with Sumita Jolly (Senior Negotiator). She knew I was apprehensive about their service I would get and dealt with all my concerns and questions patiently and thoroughly. In the end my dealings with her and her colleague, Salim came across as a team effort leaving me with the belief that I have chosen the right service provider. Looking ahead, I hope I get the opportunity to feedback on their service again at the end of the tenancy period. Thanks Andrews!

I would like to say a huge thank you to Sumita Jolly and Sarah Newman, your guidance and patience has been greatly appreciated. My recent experience in taking management of my property away from Andrews was seamless Sarah helped me throughout the process and made sure I was aware of everything I needed to know prior to self managing the property. She always delivered all she said she was going to do and definitely went above and beyond to help. Thank you

Sumita was an exceptional help during the purchase of the property and setting up the management of the property. She also went above and beyond to help (apologies this review is coming alot later then when we discussed!). Thank you

The reason for not giving 5 stars is because my journey on the purchase of the property was very stressful as the agent that showed me the property had left and no one had informed me till I chased it up. Then I was provided with another agent whom also randomly left again no communication of this. I do feel that this process should be looked into improving as a first time buyer the process is stressful but then not be told when agents are leaving and delaying the process makes it more challenging. It would be good to have agents who run through the process of what to expect and when. Just so both parties are clear of what needs to be provided and when.

Exceptional service provided by Andrews throughout the sale of my flat. They were very professional from the outset and had a clear understanding of the local market ultimately allowing me to achieve a price I was pleased with.

Despite the complexities involved with my property, Kwaku and Duane were absolute superstars. Their proactive approach and communication were second to none, and their support truly made a difference. I cannot recommend Andrews, and particularly these two gentlemen, highly enough for their outstanding service and unwavering commitment throughout the process. Thank you!

Extremely happy to have dealt with the team at Andrews (Kingsbury). Finding a home can be a strenuous task and it was a real pleasure to be assisted by such kind and helpful people. I've interacted with a lot of estate agents throughout my search but it woud be challenging to reccomend one more than I do Andrews. Thanks again for all your help!

Great service and amazing as another estate agent on same road valued our property at 700k, Andrews valued it at 800k and got us close to the price. Would definitely recommend to others

I sold a 2 bedroom flat in modern block in Colindale. I had a great service from Benga. He was helpful and friendly from the get go. The sale was complicated and he did a good job of keeping the buyer informed and reassured. I would recommend the team.

Very professional but not pushy estate agents. Very relaxed but get the job done. Used their recommended conveyancing solicitor who got the job done very well. Special thanks to Manager Duane & colleagues Edward & Courtney. Would definitely use again. Many thanks

Their rate was the same as other estate agents I contacted in the area I chose them as they were professional and friendly and not pushy. Their valuation seemed sound and they did achieve more than the asking price. The house was sold on the first day of viewings. One of the agents would ring regularly to update me and find out if I had any queries if I did they dealt with them quickly. I would recommend them to other buyers.

Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.
