But the team really did go "above and beyond" expectations to get the chain completed ... even driving a contract physically to Dartford to ensure exchange happened. He has incredible energy and worked endlessly not only in selling our property but also trying to find us our next home. Nothing has been too much (and we've lost track of the number of viewings he's taken us on, Sundays and bank holidays included!). Michael was second to none in handling our viewings - he clearly loved our property and we have no doubt that this enthusiasm contributed to how quickly we secured our buyers. Fermers have been an integral part of our house search. Even though we didn’t buy a house through them in the end, Tara has been constantly on hand to reassure and advise us. Some estate agents seem very jaded and bored, just out for their commission, but we felt like they offered a real personal and human service.
