We had a bad experience with a major agent (Knight Frank) when we started marketing our property. We called in to F & C and asked about marketing. Instantly there was rapport. The Agent knew the area and our property really well, looked at the existing sales brochure and suggested where it might have been done more effectively. No pressure, suggested when it might be best to start marketing. We had all the hassle of Lock Down and the agent stayed engaged throughout. We had many viewings (unlike Knight Frank) and the agent went the extra mile for our sale. Really impressed.... Read more

Fine and Country made a fantastic job of selling mother's house. The different methods of marketing were explained clearly and the agent's advice helped us make our decisions. Potential purchaser's were shown around the property and soon the best offers were explained to us including the purchaser's situations. We used the F&C recommend solicitor for the sale and that service was faultless. The whole selling process went very smoothly considering the manic time for property sales and Covid 19 restrictions.... Read more
