Moving home / buying a new home they say is one of the biggest times of stress you will encounter in life. New Ash Green Wards acknowledge this, and will do all they can to ensure that is not the case, due to their first-class endeavours dealing with clients.
On initial first contact with Cameron Hadfield at viewing a property, his professionality and warm personality and down to earth nature made the viewing informative and put us at ease from the off. He was very knowledgeable and answered all questions in detail we put to him on various aspects of the property. Although young in his years, Cameron is a pleasure to deal with and will go far in the real estate industry as he really knows his stuff, and you would assume he has been in the industry for years with his approach, dedication and ability to serve his clients.
Then we move onto Terri Truckle who dealt with us after moving to the next stage in putting forward an offer on the above-mentioned property. Like Cameron, Terri was found to have an exceptionally approachable and warm personality who would do anything to please her clients. For reasons that are to long to go into here, Terri did not have a straight forward role with dealing with myself due to “red tape” and hold ups with various factors, all which were out of her control, yet must have been incredibly frustrating for her none the less! Terri was not fazed by any of this and the whole time remained patient and assisted to get things resolved, while still remaining calm and ultra professional, when other Estate Agents would maybe have walked away from the situation.
Day or night, 7 days a week Terri was there at the end of the phone to get things done. Communication was absolutely top notch from start to finish and you felt truly that Terri would do anything she possibly could to assist and resolve anything that became the slightest issue.
In a nutshell – literally faultless service received start to finish and cannot recommend enough.
Thankyou Cameron and Terri for all your hard work and keep doing what you’re doing as you certainly set the bench mark for others to follow! Jay & Donna.

We have been undecided about moving for some time, mainly due to wanting something quite specific and not wanting to market without knowing we could find what we want. Annoying to most estate agents probably! However Cameron has been really helpful, understanding and tenacious in trying to find us what we are looking for, without pressure and is always a pleasure to talk to. I’d really recommend Wards, specifically Cameron - when we decide to make our move we would definitely use them!

I can highly recommend using wards NAG to assist with your property search.
In particular Cameron Hadfield, he is always very on the ball and efficient. A genuine person and has your best interests in mind.
Although we didn’t end up managing to secure a sale through him (no fault of his own). Without him we wouldn’t of been connected with our mortgage broker or excellent solicitors. Which is making a huge difference to our experience buying and selling overall.
Cannot rate highly enough.. would definitely use if we move in the future.

Cannot thank Wards New Ash Green enough.
Deciding to place my property on the market was a very daunting experience and I could not of done it without the professional , empathetic , efficient and compassionate help of Terri (manager) and Cameron . They have taken the stress out of moving and have gone above and beyond in all aspects of their services to ensure the smooth running of my sale.
I approached a few agents at the time of deciding to place my property on the market but none of their competitors offered the same in depth from start to end of sale process as Wards
I cannot recommend Wards enough and will only be using Wards in any future sales/ purchases

Whilst we didn't end up buying a property through Wards New Ash Green we did receive really good support and assistance from Cameron during our search, which ultimately helped us find a property at a price we could afford. This might sound odd but property searching right now is really tough, but Cameron listened to our requirements and showed us properties not only that fit the bill in our mind but that also ones that he felt would actually appeal to us, and in reality he was often right.
We weren't able to secure any of them but it meant we worked out what we really wanted. I would certainly recommend speaking to Cameron if you are looking to buy a house, don't just wait to see what is listed. Cameron got us into see a number of properties before they hit the market which, right now, is definitely what you need to be doing in the current market.
So five stars because our interaction with Cameron was very positive and beneficial.

We found all the staff very friendly and kind but unfortunately towards the end of the sale there was a terrible lack of communication because whenever you rang them they never got back to you which was extremely stressful. Things were left to the last minute and so it was touch and go if my mum moved or not. Not good for my 91 year old mum. We are very grateful to Cameron who chose her property because it’s in a perfect place for her.

The branch manager Terri and her colleague Cameron have been fantastic in finally getting my property sold.
I personally had a nightmare with an online agent who single handedly messed up my entire sales process and literally wasted 10 weeks.
Fortunately Wards reached out to myself after initial enquiries, got my property marketed and within a week (after 1 day of viewings) had multiple offers on the table which was accepted over the asking price.

In light of a boyant market I was horrified on how they were treated by other pushy, rude and intimidating estate agents. Terri & Cameron are in a league of their own. Fantastic experience so far as a buyer. Cameron has gone above and beyond throughout to assist us in viewing the properties we wanted to around our availability, getting answered to key questions we had before making an offer and then keeping us updated since having our offer accepted. We have been really impressed by him throughout, especially his warm personality and personability when showing us properties. It really shone out in comparison to many others we have approached or had viewings without outside of Kent. This is all only more impressive considering he is at the start of his career and still has so far to go!
Huge thanks to Terri to for helping facilitate throughout and for coming in outside of her working days to help finalise agreements between both parties. Again it’s really a sign of how Wards goes above and beyond for its clients.
