Sadly we had to sell our parents house after losing them both. Ward’s at Meopham dealt with both the probate valuation and then the successful sale for us. We chose them because from the very start they were so kind at such a difficult time. They made a challenging time bearable and were always understanding. Terri Bradbury was always on hand to answer questions and dealt with anything quickly and efficiently. The sale went through smoothly and quickly. We are sure this because Terri and Debbie Brewer were so good at what they do. We were kept in the loop at every stage and the whole thing was made to seem easy. We are very grateful to the whole team. We would not hesitate to use Ward’s again. My old dad would be very pleased with their performance and would have definitely have given them a 5* review as well! Thankyou Terri and Debbie and the rest of the team.

We’re currently in the process of buying a property through Wards Meopham, and I just wanted to share how positive the experience has been so far.
Both Kieran (the manager) and Jack showed us the property, and they were brilliant – friendly, patient and genuinely helpful. They answered all of our questions and made us feel really comfortable throughout the viewings.
Kieran has also been extremely supportive in keeping everything moving smoothly and making the process feel well organised.
Although the sale is still ongoing, we already feel very well looked after and reassured. We really appreciate both Kieran and Jack’s help and would happily recommend them to anyone buying or selling.

After going on the market with an online agency, big mistake, we eventually went with wards at meophan after they kept in constant touch with us despite us going with another agent. Kieran and his team were fantastic. Not your usual estate agents. They sold our property within 18 days. You cannot beat local expert knowledge. Wow where do I start, We had been trying to sell our property with a few local agents who were recommended to us.
They offered short contracts and low fees, but honestly—you get what you pay for!
Kieran reached out to me several times to check how we were getting on and to offer help with both selling and finding our next home. His professionalism and confidence over the phone stood out and gave us the reassurance we needed to invite him to value our property, even though we had been feeling very unmotivated after our previous experiences with other agents.

Called on a Thursday morning and asked to see 4 homes the following afternoon.
Gave our details and a list of the properties we wanted to view.
The young lady said she would sort it out and get back to us.
Didn’t hear from them again until the next afternoon a voicemail saying that they understand we would like to view so homes and to call them.
Wasted a day house hunting waiting to hear from them and they hadn’t even arranged anything 24 hours later.

Recently had a few local estate agents to value my nans property and what a difference there is between Kieran from Wards meopham in comparison to the others. Kieran was very knowledgeable, confident and made me feel at ease. His presentation was outstanding and there was no competition with the other local agents and what they could (or couldn’t offer)
Kieran’s fees were slightly higher than what I had been quoted but I felt like you certainly pay for what you get. I highly recommend Kieran and his team at Meopham if you are thinking of selling your property.

Finding the perfect family home can be stressful, but Logan at Wards attentively to our needs and preferences. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the Meopham area (we moved from London) and tirelessly showed us a variety of properties.
Logan's responsiveness and communication was outstanding. He were always available to answer our questions and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Logan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We have made a purchase of one of the properties through them. The entire process was a journey. We made several phone calls to them regarding the fish pond and the missing key. We receive no response from them. They are not very good and I would not recommend them at all. It's no surprise that private estate agents are being used in this area. The service they offer is better than that of Ward in Meopham.

Wards have sold my house. A task which seemed impossible a few months ago. Lawrence persevered until the property was on the market. Highly recommend Wards at Meopham! They have been brilliant from start to finish (nearly! Completion in 4 days!) Initially putting an offer on the house proved a test enough as sellers weren't communicating and the team at Wards (particularly Hannah and Lawrence) were excellent at keeping us in the loop with what was happening. After getting the offer accepted all involved have been great with communication and answering any questions us as first time buyers had. Maria was great at updating us with the progress of the sale and felt so genuinely invested in getting the house sorted for us as quickly as possible. Wards Meopham have been an absolutely fantastic agent to sell our house. We would highly recommend them.
From the get go the whole team have been excellent, having phoned the branch to get our house valued, the following week Dan (Branch Manager) came to our property to value our house. We signed up that very same day, got such a great vibe from Dan and what he's team could offer and deliver, and they've done just that.
Rosie was amazing, she carried out most, if not all or our house viewings (for which there was many, which is obviously fantastic!) and she managed to secure multiple offers which is proof of how great Rosie is.
Lawrence in the office has also been a great help, always on the other end of the phone to answer any of our queries and keeping us updated constantly. The whole team at Wards Meopham are great and they all work together so well, everyone know whats going on with your property which just make the process so much easier.
Once we accepted an offer on our property we were introduced to Maria, the Sales Progressor for Wards and she has been outstanding. Every single day she was in communication with us or our buyers or the solicitors, chasing, pushing the process so we could all be in as quick as possible , as that's what we wanted. Honestly you would have thought she was only working on our property as the level of attention she provided was exceptional.
We can't thank the whole team at Wards Meopham enough and would HIGHLY recommend you use them for selling or purchasing a property. They are all fantastic.

I recently contacted my local Wards office - Meopham to make use of their free valuation. Primarily for remortgaging purposes (but also to consider future options and opportunities) but also to get an idea of value after extensive building, remodelling and refurbishment works on my property. Due to the drastic changes I didn't believe a mortagge desktop valuation would be accurate and wanted to gain the expertise and value of a local agent/expert upon viewing my property.
Throughout the whole experience Wards (in particular Daniel Forster the manager) has been exceptional. Courteous, polite, professional, informative, covid aware and just overall a pleasure to work with. I would have no qualms if I decided to buy or sell in the future with enlisting Wards under the supervision of Daniel.
The package Daniel provided (free of charge) of marketing research in the area, price comparable, how they advertise and boost sales amongst other things hugely impressive and went even further to provide a letter for their valuation that I can provide to prospective mortgage brookers/advisors/lenders.
Daniel even gave some valuable insight to other service they can offer such as mortgage advisors etc.
